Raman is asleep when Ishita comes up to the room. She looks around the room to see it decorated and feels bad. She goes to him, puts the covers on him. Sits by his side and caresses his head. She mumbles I am sorry I couldn't fulfill our dream.

CU - Raman comes to know Ishita has a weak uterus and can't carry a baby.

Not just that. It was more about not wanting to crush his dreams. Raman looked so happy today. And not merely because of the hopes of her being pregnant. But even otherwise. It felt like he had everything and she didn't want to take it away.
