Today in SBS Hot News they showed that

Ekta Kapoor has given strict orders to all her directors and dialogue writers that every character shown in the frame will have to be given a dialogue. None of them should be standing in the scene and just give reactions. If the dialogue writers cannot provide any dialogue to any character then they need not be in the scene.

Am happy with this new rule as this would give justice to other side characters who merely stands as a spectator

Hope this rule will reduce the jinx of giving maximum dialogue to only female lead while other actors are mute.

I don't like how all the family members every time gather in the living room to discuss about anything in the first place because it's way too melodramatic, it's nothing but a poor imitation of SNS, Kyunki type shows where everyone gathers in a place (read living room) to create hullabaloo. That's one of the reasons I miss old Bhalla house. 😛

Why can't there be a rule that they are not allowed to stand in their living room! That's bloody irritating!

😆I don't think it will be possible everytime as sometimes silence, body language and expressions from a character is needed to add to the scene rather than words and she would know this anyway😕

There are more important things she need to look at when it comes to the shows.
