It's all about perspective...I'm very much like Raman Bhalla so I can get how scary it was from his vantage point 😆..

Nothing significant other than the Bhalla family is again together...thanks to Suraj and Param...

Loved scared out of his wit Puttar ( because of needles) and firm in control wife 😆😆 He was so cute asking Biwi to do his marham patti at home rather than the hospital staff doing it...and Biwi kept her hand firmly on his shoulder to let him know at that moment who is calling the shots...It was cute to see him afraid of his strict Biwi and fainting at the sight of the stitching needle.😆

The beating scene was too difficult to watch...as I hate blood🤢

How does it happen than in YHM land people recover from being buried under earthquake rubble, or being beaten mercilessly recover in no time? ...ah well 🤔

Looks like stage is being set for Ishita working on Raman's behalf for the Aug 15 Govt Project, and surrogacy term is thrown in at random ..Wish Anita would pay attention to the right pronunciation of 'surrogacy' ...no offense but it didn't sound right to me.

It was a much ado about nothing kinda episode.

Hi Gan,

I hope you are feeling better today.

Beautiful picture depicts Raman state very nicely.

Beautiful collages shows Raman fear of needles in his eyes.

I liked the episode the second part could have been much better executed but still I liked it.

I felt that if he was beaten somewhere it could have been good but I just convinced myself that the goons were following him and the only place they could find him alone were in his parking lot.

Toshjii intuition was good to see because normal usually a mother knows when there is something wrong with her child even if they are many miles apart so that was nice touch same way Ishita was also feeling unease that is called a woman intuition when her mate is in danger that was very well portrayed by DT those two scene touched my heart today.

Ishita worry about her Raman and she keeps chanting away Raman I was hoping that he would be fine even though I knew from OLV he will be fine but her acting kind of pulled you into. The way she was still listening on the phone even though she knew Raman could not answer but she wanted to hear Raman voice even if it meant he getting beaten up because that gave her hope he was alive and the minute the phone breaks she pulls over and the expression was awesome how terrified she was super acting by DT👏

When Ishita came home she only had eyes for Raman even though papajii and her appa were hurt she did not bother about others that shows how much he means to her.

I did not find any fault with woman fighting that was so real because they are not professional fighters so they used whatever they could find in the house to beat of the goons and for me I think the goons also got a little baffled I think as to how to handle these woman who they were not paid to fight.

Toshjii enacted very well as a protective mother and Bhallaji as protective father this shows no matter how old you are you will be always kids to your parents and Raman even though hurt stepped in front of both his mother and father to protect them from gundas this showed he is grown up and he is going to take care of his parents. I liked the CV subtly touch in that.

How come people come with massive blood loss or serious injury just get a bandage on their head in YHM land.

The hospital scene looked funny and people might think that CV introduced this as a comedy track but that is how Raman has been portrayed from beginning of YHM that he is afraid of needles and hospitals so if he suddenly accepted that he is okay with the hospital then I would have been cursing CV for another assassination of his character but they kept that in tack.

The thing I did not like in the second part is instead of Ishita scolding Raman to be there for treatment I wanted to watch the Ishita taking care of him in the hospital like when they went to the hospital for the first time and she was with him every step of the way so that he is not scared at that time they did not even realize they were in love with each other so this time around I wanted to see the same caring Ishita who takes away all his fears of the hospital instead we get a Ishita who is acting like a parents instead of a lover that is what I did not like in the second part.

Even though the scene was small I kind of liked Romi shouting at the nurse as he could not bear to see his brother in pain that showed Romi doesn't love his brother for only money so I guess once the momentary misunderstanding clear I will be happy to forgive Romi but not sure about Rinki though.

I don't understand Parmeet complain to a ministry what effect will it achieve because the company is run by all the employees. I understand the company boss is needed for signatures on the contract and money but if the boss is sick he has his minions to take care of everything so production is not stopped in the company and he has executives and CEO who can sign contracts on his behalf just because Raman is sick why would the ministry give the contact to Ashok

Oh I thought Suraj was a villain with brains but today he also proved that he doesn't have any brains by agreeing with Parameet and sending in goons after Raman instead of taking him down through family or business.

Shagun love life is going to start frankly I am not interested and I kind of don't like the doctor as well poor guy may be he is good actor just because he is linked to Shagun I don't like him that how CV have turned me against Shagun from a character I liked because it was grey and turned her into a full fledged vamp and shoved down our throats unnecessarily I kind of started hating to see her on the screen.

Raman was yummy in white shirts and black pants flirting with biwi he was so handsome to look at.

I am waiting for Toshjii to slap Rinki probably that would be in tomorrow episode.😆

Hey Gan, hope your eye is better now 😊 😳

Cute collage this is 😳 Would it be possible for you to make one from IshRa's phone conversation 😳 😳

Reposting my insights for today from the post I wrote in Aka's thread.

I watched 2 shows today: YHM & some random daily soap with good looking actors. Posting comments for each of them below. (For both the sets, Shagun & her love-life will be ignored, because I fast-forwarded that bit 😛 😆)

Random Daily Soap (with good looking actors)

😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

This was my reaction throughout, even when the hero was getting beaten up (who btw looked smoking hot 😳) and the parents were fighting for him, and he, for the parents. Hilarious episode! And totally enjoyable 😃 Toshi's manhandling, Amma's tamil, Vandu's scattered hair, Sarika's tiny hands fighting, Bhalla ji & Appa's fighting - I was laughing throughout. Then Raman's antics in the hospital and Ishita's scolding, as if he was her kid instead of husband, and he was acting like a kid.

Not for one moment did I feel bored 😆 Of course, for this part I kept logic aside and did not try to find any deeper meaning in any situation.

YHM

When I was looking at the episode through the lens of YHM, I was disappointed. Just because the actors have a good comic timing, doesn't mean everything has to be funny. There were more misses than hits for me today.

Hits:
  1. Raman flirting with Ishita on phone - They've reached a new level of comfort that I cannot even define, or maybe we're looking at them this way post their consummation. Whatever be the reason, they're now treating each other with more authority, as I mentioned yesterday. The way he called her 'Madam' to Mihir, felt she was missing him because she had called 5 times, asked her to come home quickly, hinted for some alone time for the two of them, blamed her for being unromantic, AND the way she kept telling him to take her seriously, about her nervousness and palpitations - Such a natural conversation! 😳 😳 😳 [Gush Alert: Puttar in white in his new hairdo - If looks could kill, I'd have been dead by now. Never been a KP fan per-se, more of a DivAn / IshRa fan, but KP is pulling me towards himself day-after-day-after-day ☺️ ☺️]
  2. Ishita's reaction on phone - So tender and heart-touching. She could hear something wrong happening with Raman. The way she was shouting for him, kept calling his name out, her fear was contagious 😭 😭
  3. Raman's fighting hard, but getting beaten up. My heart went out to him 😭 😭 I couldn't get his blood soaked image out of my mind
That's all the hits I found. Rest everything else was a miss.

I felt that this track had HUGE drama and intensity potential. If they wanted to re-unite the Bhalla family, could've taken an emotional route instead of comic relief. Personally, I wanted to see Raman seriously getting injured and Ishita breaking down for him, the way she has broken down for Ruhi in the past. It had so much scope for all the actors to emote strongly, AND would have been a TRP fest too, because TRP aunties love tears and heroes struggling for life and heroines taking care of them. This could have been that moment for Ishita which Raman had during the earthquake. It'd have been so beautiful to watch. Heart-breaking, gut-wrenching, but beautiful. And the CVs ruined that potential with forced comedy.

Situationally, Ishita scolding Raman was not funny, Toshi treating him like a baby was not funny, him asking Bhalla ji to stay because he's scared of Ishita was not funny. Also, he was beaten black and blue, had so much blood loss that his shirt became red, and he seemed fine to me in the hospital, barring a few scratches, which I couldn't digest 😕 Nothing against the actors because they did great as always, but disappointed with the writing.

Not that I'm not fond of laughing because I am, and KP, DT and the remaining YHM cast has stupendous comic timing 👏 👏 But I had so much hopes from this fight sequence, which all went down the drain 😭 😭

So, as a viewer, I choose to watch today's episode as a random daily soap, with super good looking actors, and enjoy myself. No deeper meanings, no expectations 😃 😃

Good post Gan!!

As you have highligted the relevant scenes above I dont think I hv anything more to say about the episode today!! Idk what sadistic pleasure the CVS get in turning a serious scene into a comedy circus! Apart from some poignant scenes between Ishra, the rest episode was 🤢!! Toshi Bhalla had turned in to Dharampaji today with her repetitive "khoon pee jaungi dialogues"😆

Nothing to pull down the actor playing Ruhi Arora but girl that was definitely not the correct pronunciation of the word "surrogacy" no matter in whichever accent u say it in!! 👎🏼

Before I sign out jus wanted to check whether ur eye is fine now? Even I had got an eye stye few months back and I very well know how painful & irritating it gets...Wishing u a speedy recovery!! Tk care

That beating scene was sooo eerrr... I hate fights and ohh God, seeing blood, I faint.. It was hilarious how naturally Karan did that..Seeing the needle and fainting! Hahahahha 😆😆😆

That hospital scene was so Karan Patel. I didn't feel that was Raman. So natural. Apart from that, nothing much exciting..but yeah I liked it overall...

Raman wants Biwi everywhere and for everything..including his wound dressing..Cute that was!

Loved their phone conversation before Raman getting beaten up.

Its soo rightly said you get such strong Gut Feelings for the one you love sooo deeply and dearly. I loved how they showed that here and highlighting Raman's two favorite ladies who worry for him 24/7, Ishita and Mummyji! Beautiful that!❤️

Maya

Wonderful review...even I liked DT' anxious acting in that scene and KP's acting as a scared of needles Raman.

But I have to disagree with you about Ishita acting like a mom...I think she was acting very much like a wife because Raman was not listening and was making it difficult for the staff to treat him...and someone needed to step in. The previous case, Raman had just gone for a blood drawn...this time he had a lot of blood loss and injury and it was important for him to stay put and complete the treatment just to ensure he doesnt have any internal injury...hence Ishita's tough love and though he was complaining, he listened to her. Thats true to their relationship, when one falls weak the other steps in as the support..and Ishita I felt was doing just that.😊

I wrote about Shagun only the other day...The CVs have butchered her to give her more importance to a point that she is not relatable at at all...Yes grey shagun made sense...ever since it has been more about trying to set her up as the parallel lead rather than Ashok's gf Shagun ...things have gone downhill as far as the audience acceptance of Shagun is concerned.

Very well written Nidoo👏

YHM CVS I truly feel have two teams...one for emotional, nuanced writing the other for comic relief...no problem with that...it's produced 6days/week for past 1 year 9 months now. What's troublesome is the lack of transition between the emotional and comedy scenes. Today the hospital bit was as if the comedy team had no clue how hard a beating Raman Bhalla got in the hand of goons...they as if took over from the moment the doctor entered the cabin to treat him. But as a consistent watcher, I have learned to switch my expectation gear too...the minute the illogical scenes start happening, I put on tunnel vision and watch it with no logic glasses...and then I can enjoy the brillant performances the actors put in. So for me the highlight of today's episode was the scene I made a collage of, Raman's fainting scene...because KP made it perfect with his sense of comedic timing. I loved his expressions there.

Raman was acting like a kid, I could get ..because from beginning they have shown he hates hospitals and needles.
Toshiji cajoling him was also ok as Toshiji is always like that ...trying to over indulge her children
Ishita scolding him was ok too as someone needed to have a grip of the situation.

However what absolutely doesnt make sense are
  • He was beaten black and blue with several ones to his head and a LOT of blood loss..and Alll they did was to stitch his forehead? and few knicks n cuts. No Logic
  • Why wait for the next day to lodge a complaint? And the hospital was cool about it?

Khair chhodo I dodnt try to think logically anymore when I sit to watch ...my tunnel vision is Ishra/Divan...so long as they are in their element it's still watchable...the only part I skipped today was the minute Shagun talked about Surrogacy scandal...because that track or the character makes no sense yet in YHM...if you miss that part , you missed nothing out of your YHM story.

Suraj and Param scenes I could watch ...because they relate to the track.

I'll try to capture and make that collage in the evening today😊

No! because you cannot have just a couple of stitches and few knicks n cuts after that kind of beating and blood loss...but Cvs will do what Cvs will do yes an intense, worried Ishita taking care of Raman or worrying sick about him would have made awesome watch...but to CVs that's not necessary because they have something else cooking in their brain...for them this episode was necessary to build onto that but not Ishralicious moments 😒😒😒
