Can someone explain to me, the importance of this twist in the track where Ishita manages the order? I mean how was this the only way to unite the family?

The point of the family feud was completely different to how they concluded it. I get one reason this happens is for the family to know Raman's handing over authority to her was right. But what about the other matters. How do they suddenly get resolved by this :\
