Nidoo... !!! actually possible cos it has loads of venture.

I would love to see this happening provided the CVs are thinking the exact same way.
Also somewhere I feel CVs might do this and surprise us

Its so much Drama but id it ends with Ishita finally getting preggy, we all can take it..

Or the useless fan in me is still believing, it wont go till the surrogacy thing, it may just before it.
I hate the word being optimistic sometimes, specially when we try so hard despite being disappointed in the past.

This counter theory will bring a LOT of OTT drama, because of IshRa's reactions to Shagun being the surrogate, then family's reactions, then rest of the world's reactions (because they all know about Ishita's treatment), and also bring out Shagun's past in front of Manoj, and her present in front of IshRa.
