There are a lot people in the Bhalla house. All the workers of Raman's office are there and she says she always wanted to meet all of Raman's staff but she couldn't ever. She says she isn't an experienced business woman but she is here to make an effort. She says that this is for the country and we need to put in all our work to make this happen. The union is against working because Ishita is not experienced and if anything wrong happens you can back out and we'll be held responsible.
Ishita assures that Raman has never left you'll or abandoned you all. He might have helped u so many times. Today he's in trouble and in the hospital, so when he needs you, why not help him.
Ishita says if the ministry's orders are not completed, the company could lose its name, you could lose your jobs. And will the union who is stopping you to work give you new jobs.
The workers says you lecture well but this is not how work happens. Ishita says I agree I am not experienced but work is worship for me and will put in all the work possible.
She pleads them to work and help the family to finish the contract. She says you are our own family. And as family help us. The leader asks them all to leave not listening to her.
