I had assumed that Raman' hypochondria would eventually be explained to his chance encounter in Mumbai with an old friend of his whose wife was dying of cancer and their talks about mortality and life being short and stuff and it would be all over with a sweet talk, a cute banter perhaps or something similar but never did I imagine, as I am sure anyone of us did the chaos that was about to unfold after the silly, in a way hilarious even if absurd from the looks of it track.

Of course what else but the possible scare of imminent death that is unavoidable could have scared a man, a healthy young man in his thirties at that to draw up a will, which could have been real or based on an misunderstanding, merely hypochondria wouldnt have been enough for him to do so.

When Raman daydreamed that vision of Ishita being harassed by his family - his father included it seemed absurd and ridiculous then but OH BOY, was it a foresight or what.

Just the mention of money and his bratty sister started spewing venom and now misunderstandings will lead to the brother doing the same too, the father already based on half-baked knowledge rebuked Raman harshly and wrongly.

Its such a REAL scenario that is presented here that I am sure that the actors too finally must be enjoying this track as much as we are watching it.

Last night as Rinky was questioning, for the lack of a better word that would be decent, about the perks which Mihir would get and clearly stated - chauffeur driven cars and foreign trips all I could think was how stupid, selfish and vain is this girl. Does she really live in a bubble? Hasnt she been around her own brother who for years worked under Malhotra? Did she ever see Raman getting chauffeur driven cars and foreign trips as perks, was he presented with a huge apartment ever by his former boss? A CEO maybe allotted accomadations for him and his family, but he isnt made the owner of it. He may be given even a car by the company, one whose driver/chauffeur is also paid by the company but he isnt the direct employer of that chauffeur nor even the legal owner of that car ever. In the event that the CEO and the company part ways, either by the way of his resignation of if he is terminated from his job for any reason he is given a limited amount of time to vacate his premises and the car is confiscated immediately as it is the property of the company, needless to say even the chauffeur bids adieu with the same. As for foreign trips, hello since when did companies start handing out paid vacations to their CEO' with their families or at least wives? I dont think I have ever heard of that - a CEO may be given a hefty bonus or a part-profit if his leadership reaps the company benefits, but otherwise he is just another EMPLOYEE, thats it. So how in the world did she dream up of Mihir getting those perks 🤔😳

And tonight as she declared she would show her Bhai and Bhabhi, get her husband his due all I could see was greed dripping coupled with immaturity, irrationality and jealousy along with a false sense of entitlement.

Nothing else could explain her bitchy behavior tonight, even as she came home to celebrate a joyous occassion with her family she started spewing her venom and spreading it which will be caught on by Sarika and Romi unfortunately next and that will lead to Mihir accepting the offer he got today without delving deeper into it just to prove that he can be someone by himself and doesnt need Raman' backing to prove himself, neither does he have to live in Raman' shadow as he has no other option available to himself.

Being shown a levelheaded man always I had expected more from Omprakash Bhalla, after rebuking his son and DIL, today too he made a face as Ishita spoke about having learned from Toshi how to conduct the ceremony of welcoming the child, this was not expected of him. Like really, what is his problem with Ishita? I dont think that its because Raman nominated her as the owner that has upset his father, it is reliving the past that has got to do with it, but shouldnt Omprakash Bhalla know better now - this is not Shagun and she wasnt adding fuel to the fire when an argument erupted between father and son, nor did she cause it in the first place.

Totally disappointed with him, especially since he could find it in his heart to feel happy that Raman bought toys for the baby and was thinking about his family as such and even stopped Simi when she asked the toys to be kept aside, saying how Raman got them for the baby with so much love. Then why this treatment with his DIL? Seriously, why cant the man bother to ask what caused the siblings to fight in the first place huh? Is it so hard?

Also now with Raman' request Appa would step into the picture which would actually make things worse I believe, as is the ongoing theme. Appa who adviced Raman correctly to control his temper and be careful with his words may be called a meddler in the affairs of his daughter's home - could be by Rinky again. And even if it were to be revealed that it was not at Ishita but Raman' insistence that Appa decided to step in, a hue and cry would be made about how Raman is placing importance to Ishita' family members over his own...which I think is the case since Romi mentioned the word Saadhu todayin the segment for Bala, as he did Saala for Mihir.

No one would understand right now, except for Ishita and the Iyers that Raman asked Appa to talk to his dad since he knows the two are such good friends and respect each other a lot besides being in-laws. Thus matters wont remain complicated within just the Bhalla family anymore, this would also drag Iyers right in the middle of things for no fault of theirs.

Wonder how the two matriarchs of the family would react and deal with the developments that have taken place behind their backs, would they stand mute spectators and let the dices fall as they may or would they step in and take charge collabarating to set things straight in the lives of their children and family.

I am sure, if anyone can do it, Toshiji can - give an earful to Rinky at this point about how her blind greed is destroying not only her family but also her marriage. At least I hope she would as a mother else it would be so disappointing. It was her haste to marry off her immature daughter, one who never had to want for anything that has also played a part in how she is handling things. But if she cant change the past, she should at least try to salvage the future and the present with some much needed sense that needs be to be knocked into her daughter' head and also clear things between her sons.

As a mother, she would see how Raman isnt wrong or unfair, and also understand the need for her other children to learn that they need to learn to fend for themselves, need to be capable of looking after themselves and their families without the support or reliance of their older brother. As a parent she raised Raman to be responsible and look after his siblings, but that doesnt obligate him to pay for their expenses for the rest of their lives or make his wife and kids suffer. The cost of her other children' happiness or security shouldnt be paid by her eldest, even if he is the most responsible one of the lot. As in joint families, typically after a point every member has to contribute in some way or the other to the home, particularly the sons and Raman shouldnt be made to slave for all of them for the rest of his life.
