Because

It has happened 360 in just a month

Such a big change is not possible

Her dialogues at hospital were still little bit venemous

And she has not really shown love for Ruhi

Today it was as if she was piece of her heart alway

heart change could be over night too . person needs just biggest shock. but redemption requires gradual process that is not shown in shagun s case .

I can't say she was having 0 % feeling for ruhi. she did have in initial episodes when raman had arrived with ruhi in CEO award function. later when some one informed her that ruhi is in hospital, she was also worried as well. bass she was more towards luxury. .

if they are showing her feeling so much for ruhi that may be guilt that she has ignored own kids feeling for long time. may not be wanting kids love back. just assumption 😆
