When I said Raman is right, I never intended to mean that his actions were right or his words were right in the overall context of the show or his conduct, I only meant that he was right about her not letting him to speak in that little time that we saw them both on screen in today's episode..that's all there was to my statement, nothing more.😊

Last week when I wrote about YHM I worried about who's going to be butchered to justify Shagun's screen presence this time... Looks like Raman is the one...

Disclaimer : haven't watched the episode .. This is based off a tweet I was tagged about Raman calling Shagun ' mere bachchon ki Maa!" And going restless trying to ensure she's safe .. After all she's abla naari who needs rescuing from the harsh world 😉

I'm trying to figure out how to react to this piece of 'news' .. Should I laugh, rant or kick myself? For now .. I'm in this state 🤓

I haven't watched the episode and am not sure if I will. But my take on the background music and the whole Sharam fiasco is that the CV's are deliberately doing this because in their little pea sized brains, they think that once we see a consummation or Ishra living remotely a happy/normal life together, we will stop watching.

The CV's constantly try and instigate doubts in viewers minds as to whether Shagun will manage to separate Ishra or Shagun will get back together with Raman will get back together. It doesn't help when the relationship has more ups and downs than a rollercoaster. We see on the one hand Raman distraught when he thought he lost her during the earthquake track and more recently when he had the nightmare, fearing her leaving him. We then get the bellowing Raman hitting below the belt with his comments. The problem is they have planted the seed of doubt in us and are using all means to create drama i.e background music, a changed Shagun, Raman running around going crazy looking for the woman who literally destroyed him some 7 years back.

The Cv's should think about how far they can go before people just are no longer affected by what happens and move onto a new soap and new Jodi. For me the Ishra and Divan pull is still there but i don't feel the same connection.

If Shagun and Raman end up together even for a millisecond because they are mujboor, then it will be the end for me. It will leave a bad taste in my mouth and it will be something no amount of nok joks and side hugs or even a miracle baby can never redeem.

Sorry for rambling on and i hope i make sense.

I apologise also if i have misinterpreted what happened in the show today, i am going on the comments and write ups i have read.

You are right, too much of Shagun on screen is making everyone go ballistic about the tiniest thing in the show these days. To be honest, Raman's "get out" doesn't affect me as much anymore, I have tuned myself to the fact that this is how his character sketch is..and even Ishita doesn't react to it like the viewers do or expect her to..about expecting Raman to wait patiently till she calmed down and then speak, well, when have they behaved as per our expectations anyways?

The blatant truth about IshRa is that this is how their equation is going to be like, howmuchever we protest or resist. The CVs want to highlight them as a satvik couple who cannot spend a day without their nok-jhoks, Raman being impulsive and brash while Ishita being sensible yet judgemental, and in the process project it as OTT, butchering their characters in turns..and its obvious, like Gan said, that its Raman's turn now in the butchering block to justify "his do bachchon ki maa"'s presence.😒🤔

By the way, what part of my post made you think I was optimistic?😆 I am anything but that! 😛 You must not have read my previous super-rant posts then 😃
