Update:
Okay...I decided to watch the episode against my better judgement (another reason to kick myself😡) ...and have to say this...even if I give Raman a benefit of doubt that the concern that was portrayed by him stems from a human angle of genuine worry about someone who was your ex wife and biological mother of your kids and aslo your best friend's sister...the monologue about "jaise bhi hai mere bachho ke maa hain", the bg score and searching frantically all over Mumbai and "Shagun yaar kahan ho tum?" (while Karan can call Anita yaar as they are very good friends, Shagun and Raman dont share that camaraderie..NOT after what the CVS have shown until now). totally killed that humanity angle and made it look like something else...I blame it on the poor dialogues and absolutely wrong choice of BG score...or rather a hail mary move by the CVs to again justify Shagun as the third angle of the erstwhile missing triangle in Ishita-Raman equation or to force a MU that couldn't be otherwise there as Ishita knows how well Shagun is out of Raman's system.
The scene in the hotel room..I felt the scene was normal as the both Ishita and Raman were right from their perspective but the situation couldn't have been any worse. And though there was one line (plus the 'dafa ho jao' in the precap) that I felt was highly inappropriate, coming from a husband...I'll hold my judgement till the entire scene plays out tomorrow ...but why do I feel it would be turned into one big joke about nothing happening and Ishita again heading for a spa or someplace more relaxing which always takes out the rough words that Raman hurls so callously at her from her memory...i'm assuming this based on the bg tune at the end and in the pre-cap...Ah well it would fit right in with the current state of Ishra relationship...which has been turned into a BIG joke ..in all aspects..by the CVs
