.. Today's episode that is.
Why does every serious matter have to be turned into trivial skirmish by the CVs...When it was really not?

Today's episode was a letdown after last week's build up... Again not because of the words .. But the characters' reaction to the words...



While Raman was right in his anger about the nanny cam.. Calling Ishita not a mother is inexcusable... That is the lowest of low blows.. Unfortunately this is not the first time he took a dig at her being a mother to his kids... And even arguments have a boundary of decency... Wife and the mother of your kids deserves some respect...

I would have not felt so bad had they shown a moment of introspection and regret from both sides. ..but there was None.

What started out as a track about parenting conflicts was in one stroke turned into one of the battle of sexes. Well this is how YHM has been since the Mani track... Everything is turned into comedy circus when they can't decide which way to go. Joke is on us audience who expect logical follow up .

Maybe that's why I couldn't fully enjoy the lighter half of episode where Shruti and Karan ruled the segment.

Will try to add some collage(s) of the fight sequence.

Will add some more thoughts if something else comes in my mind. Yeah it's one of those episodes that leaves you uninspired.

Maya Angelou is one of my favorite women of all time... And one of her quotes has been resonating in my mind since Saturday... And it applies to both Raman and Ishita and their actions and words :

"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

Hi Gan,

Beautiful collages as usual but I would have been happy if for a min they showed Ishita thinking she has gone overboard with CCTV and Raman thinking he again said something hurtful to Ishita in his anger but alas we are not going to get that😭😭

I am hitting myself in the head thinking why am I expecting the CV to have a proper clouser to a beautiful track instead they go way off tangent in the name of comedy.

The fight started as a normal fight between the couple parenting style and somehow I could relate the man/women war thing brought into the fight because real couple to that sometime too but what left a bad taste for me was Raman saying " Ishima Banake both sauhu" and " Tum ma Nahi" why do they have to butcher Raman character so much.

In the past that is before 2015 I would have vouched for Raman he has anger issues but never hurts anyone but now a days I cannot recognize his character and all the lovely things he said to Ishita is gone down the drain for me with these types of dialogues which is not different from Subbu, Subbu mom or others who called her infertile.

In the past that is before 2015 I would have vouched for Ishita too that she is jagga joos but never hurts anyone and always sensitive towards other needs especially kids even before her needs but this Ishita doesn't care about the kids needs or other privacy I cannot seem to relate to her and she is not owing up to her mistake.

Vandu/Raman scene was hilarious for me because of the acting prowess of KP/SB because I could not understand what they were saying if anyone in the thread can translate it to me I would appreciate that.

Once again they showed Raman as useless because a father of two with a mother like Shagun would know what to do in situation like these. I can understand Romi/Abhishek not having a clue but they showed Raman also doesn't have a clue. I enjoyed the scene but afterwards while writing this update this thought just popped into me.

Finally I am mad at myself😡 for getting stuck with this YHM because of the leads and casting acting prowess which is not letting me leave YHM in peace.

I so for once hope they give a proper clouser to this fight after Vandu delivery.

The crux of raman n ishita's relationship is that they do take each other seriously after taking each other lightly. Somewhere I like this thing. I like it may be bcoz I have seen couples fighting and then not talking to each other for days or one of the partner not talking to the other one for days which leaves a bad impact on the other partner's mental health n as well as that of the children if they have any.
Somewhere I like it that ishra come together after massive fights without holding grudges. Without brining in ego. And then they form a team to fight the situation.

About the episode Karan stole the entire episode totally. He was sooo good. From anger to the laughter ride he was fantastic

I don't understand what is being accomplished with Raman in anger uttering words equivalent to the others who hurt Ishita for her infertility. This fight started off as a normal parent fight but then Raman dropped the ball.

Why this was passed off as a normal fight...idk.

I wonder if the dialog writers realize what message they are conveying - that if you are a step mother you will always be questioned & if you struggle with infertility...that tag won't leave you, no matter the person or amount of love. It's a tad heart-breaking when you think about it, but I am over thinking a stupid Indian TV show.

I always thought Raman was different but I am slowly being proved wrong. I can only hope for a redemption of these words. About the parenting issues, I wish there was even a moment of introspection from Ishita bc some of Raman's words were right. But the characters don't take this seriously so I don't feel bad for either of them...I just feel bad as an empathetic viewer to others who may watch this show.

But I am not surprised or disappointed at all bc we had already seen the SBS/SBB/NN clips of the deliveries. So going into today's episode...I knew what to expect so I could enjoy it.

My inner moral self is screaming, but I guess I fall into their trap bc I want to enjoy 22 minutes of TV a day.

while I agree with you that Karan was fantastic (not that he ever is not) ...but sorry I have to disagree about your evaluation of the Ishra relationship...Param incident showed how a woman with self respect should act and a man should do to fix a wrong...yes as couple we hurl words at each other with we later regret ..and we apologize for it. Someone who has struggled with people's judgement about her inability to become a mother biologically and someone who tries so hard to be the mother to her kids...cant be callously mocked about her maternal instincts everytime something goes wrong...remember this was not the 1st time. He's done it before. But then they turn it into some comedy thing and everything gets pushed under the rug. Same with the issue about Adi...where is the realization in Ishita about her action?...So I dont know I am still trying to accept it...and believe me tomorrow I'll..as I have been since Mani track..

This has been a cycle ..Raman Ishita fight. Fans fight. Forum becomes a war zone which leads me to think is this war any different from the wars going on around the world. Ishra fights end in comedy. Some fans still keep fighting. There is no comedy here. hence no peace here ... there is no comedy endings to the wars around the world. Hence NO WORLD PEACE either...😭

If only all the wars ended in comedy like Ishra war... world would have been a better place to live in...this is a very simple and the only consistent message given in YHM by the CVs...😭😊

Krishy frankly I'm still trying to figure out what provoked Raman to say those things...and have no regretsa about them...and same as Ishita not understanding why Raman's words about her snooping had some validity...and then the rapid turnaround to man v woman😕

and true we need to stop thinking about the inconsistencies in the behavior of characters and just go with the flow😆

I might try that when I go to capture the pics...and you never know..enjoy the brilliance of Karan's and Shruti's comedic timing😳

😆 The whole world seems to be Venus vs Mars so why not YHM? I love the comedy bc it reminds me of the bachelor party episodes, which are some of my favorite! Plus when there is a barish of Raman/KP one liners...I'm sold! 😃

I am happy they gave us a little heads up so I could adjust my expectations for the episode early on!

I've seen chunks of the episode bc I want to watch it on TV today instead of online...and in my impatience, I saw some scenes of the Raman-Vandu interaction & man I love KP & SB! ⭐️ They bounced off each other so well that it did help me forget my moral compass a bit! 😆

I just missed Neel & Mihir in the guys gang! 😳

In terms of character consistency & sensitivity...we can only hope to Bhagwan that someone gives these makers some buddhi bc really the fight was needed & nothing would've been lost had certain lines been left out. So unless they have some creepy big picture to all this...Bhagwan, please please enlighten the CV team! 😊

I was hoping to see a real realisation of each other's fault in the upcoming sequence which can't be seen as far as this episode is concerned.

I was like WTH after watching how Mrs Bhalla's intervention changed the course of the problem to women vs men 😲

I'm disappointed by the way how CVs made Raman such a bad husband who always blames his wife for everything [IK he won the Best Hubby award though 😆 ]

His stand was firm but the grip was too much to tolerate 😡 [Her infertility]
Intentionally or not he pulled the wrong nerve. That wasn't necessary.

Ishita on the other hand is also at fault.
Lecture queen followed the words of her lecture akka 🤣
Kuch bhi logic...!
[Maybe Bala will tolerate a CCTV cam in Shravu's room 😆 ]

Woosh...I don't wanna bore you 🤔
