The fire sequence was shot during KP wedding right as had seen SBS segments then remember. So obviously he won't be there in it. CVs were canning the future scenes in his absence hence Raman is not in those scenes. Same for earthquake one? May be Raman rescuing Ishita is yet to be shot, may be that's what DT meant.
