the first thing i loved about this part was transformation of Mr Bhalla into Raman and Miss Iyyer into Ishita for both of them...it is just a small thing but such small gestures only take the relation ahead

baat karte karte close aa jaana was too real...it happens usually that you dont realize your position when you are actually enjoying a conversation
and she told him too...though not completely but atleast they gained a certain lever already to reveal their past relationship status
and he is already ready to be that shoulder on which she can shed her tears and her pain...so cute
they already have that spark in them

Bala's past was too painful for me to absorb...anything related to kids i cannot bear and here his son died i actually rushed that particular part and didnt read properly because i seriously cannot so i am not sure how i have to comment for that whole part

Fear is just a state of mind i totally agree but then i dont agree with the activity he did...i dont even have knowledge about all that so wont say much but again as a writer you wrote it brilliantly and her heart aching for him was the attraction here...that awkwardness and that feeling of not having any right on him to stop him was 👏
