I worked through both my pregnancies i didnt even need money but i worked cause i thought i would never work post kids but landed up working now work for kids to have lesser loans 😆 .. just like every love story is unique every pregnancy is so unique .
II did tell R&B that was sweet and Minion is sooo adorable 😳 he is becoming the Bally of post R&B /II married life

I am not able to understand Ranjan, such a shrewd business man, and why is he not able to see and decide what is the best. Jst because he doesn't want to alienate anybody, it doesn't mean he shld not speak his mind to his nephews, always giving into his brother and his kids demands is not good.

The hard to digest reality in the life of a middle class family. It is happening around us in India. I have seen my colleagues traveling more than 30 kms in their more than 6 months of pregnancy to adjust the EMI of flat and join office after 3 months of maternity leave. It is sad to digest but true.

Somehow bala issue isnt soo wrong... Maybe he wants vandu to take more time off post pregnancy... A year off is almost like causing professional harakiri in india...1 year ke baad india mei there is a feeling ki isne 1 yr delivery ke time off liya toh she is more invested in baby n family...she might npt be the best professional fit.. I have heard HR say that in india... Not sure if DU n all mei same culture hai ki nahi but corporate indian doesnt look at such sabbaticals in a very good light!! Your promotion, reviews n everything else is prejudiced with a 3 month leave... 1 yr sounds like you'll be starting afresh in a new job!!!
