Who first fell in love, Raman or Ishitha?
Ishitha is a cute, caring and mature person. She obviously loves Raman, but in recent episodes, Raman seems to be more romantically inclined towards her inspite of his temper. He does a lot of surprises for her such as booking a cafe all for themselves, buying gifts, surprising her on their anniversary, etc. He always gives her compliments for her beauty. We don't see this side of Ishitha much.

I know Raman was very upset that Ishitha lost her medical license and Mihir mentioned "I am happy you are worried for Mrs Raman and not for Ruhi's mom". It seems like Ishitha was special to him for a long time although he was probably not completely over his past. On the other hand, Ishitha has always been nice to Raman and the first time we got to know that Raman was "special" to her was only around the truth or dare time.

I have missed a few episodes, so the above statements may not be correct. So I thought I would take help from the experts in this forum.

If i am not wrong. It was Ishita who started having feelings for raman first. Then the cvs suddenly took a u-turn and mellowed down on ishita's feelings. and when they started showing romance brewing between them again it was raman who had more apparent feelings for ishita.

I feel both started feeling for each other at the same time, but realisation came to Ishita first.😊

Ishita first. She almost confessed it to Bala that she loved Raman. I guess the episode aired on 30th June'2014.

I remember her almost saying it that time, but it seemed like the CVs forgot about it and made her realize again.

Not really. After Adi accident case Ishita started to think Raman still loved Shagun and he would never love her. So she suppressed her feelings and kept on going self-denial mode.

Yeah, I remember Adi's case too... There have been many times when they start having feelings for each, but something comes up in the middle and they start suppressing it...
Even now, when we thought they were getting REALLY close and are slowing getting more open about it, this Subbu is going to enter the scene (I read this in another thread here)...

This is a cute story, but slowly we are seeing more and more negative characters... Previously there were sooo many feel good episodes, but slowly that is starting to die out...
