what i can see, is that Ishita Bhalla is the nascent stage of Kokila modi...in future she will take all decisions for Ruhi, like what she shudstudy, what clothes she shud wear...whom shud she marry, and when she shud breath... Ishita will also get a docile ghar jamai for her, who will keep praising Ishita, ala Raman...

i think she will even punish Ruhi n her husband if they go on a date without telling Ishita
