Lets play the YHM quiz!

Rules:

I start with a question. The person who answers it correctly first gets to ask d next question( d person who asked d question/fellow forum members can verify if d answer is correct or he/she has to prove his answer or he/she himself shud b a 100 percent sure!) And dis goes on..

If the person who has answered correctly does not ask d next question within 15 minutes of d verification of his answer being correct, anybody else who has answered correctly or even anyone else on d forum can take d initiative of asking the next question.

If nobody is able to answer d question, den d person putting d question has to give d answer and put another question.

Mind you.. the questions should be tough..ok!

Ques 1: What is d name of the person who does the fake land auction( d land which Ashok ends up buying), who is also Dr. Ishita's patient?
