If they aren't doing to go down the path of just reversing the contract in court...why show Ishita publically rejecting Ruhi? There are 1000s of other ways including sitting down and talking to Adi and or Ruhi about what's going to happen.

They not handling this delicately for the sake of the "oomph factor" and it's pathetic. I repeat, children are NOT TRP gimmicks. Issues involving them need to be handled with care especially when the real mother is shown to be emotionally abusive and unstable.

I am not a parent but I get the dilemma and guilt Raman is experiencing. However I do not get why an ounce of logic cannot be added instead of a full episode dedicated to emotional justifications

Agree with you 100% on this. But if they cannot show us the leads having a mature conversation how exactly are they going to show that they are having a conversation with their children ? How can they stretch it out ? Though I would have loved to see IshRa rely develop without Ru this is not the route I would have wanted to take !

Perfect post Gan!
baaki episode keliye no comments! [actually so much to vent out...:(]

please dont continue reading in case u have loved this entire track...and if u do read, then no offence...this is my POV on this crap they show!

I literally wanted to cry when Raman initiated the big C...hum sab itne time se, actually its like eternity now, we have been waiting and we get to see this. the passion, the love, the intimacy all made into a big fat joke...Magical chemistry ko ek socha samjha chaal banaake rakh diya!

I really dont understand why CVs are hell bent on forcefully bringing in such annoying ideas and unwanted drama when there is a lot more to show and hook us.

A mature conversation as responsible parents, a decision taken together, a good talk to make kids understand...cant they keep it that simple and show the reality of broken marriage and custody cases in a better light so that a message, the idea is sent across to such struggling families!

You know what message I get from all whats shown??
Even if the couples are having a tough time with each other and nothing makes sense in their life together, dont divorce. For the sake of the kids and their own future piece of mind, stay with each other..

And in case, divorce happens...never remarry and or even think of starting a new life.
If you do such grave sins, then you repent, cry and struggle for the rest of the lives! no happiness, no peace of mind..no life nothing!
this is the MESSAGE this show gives to the viewers!

I couldn't have said it better! Nothing connected today..

I am sorry if it seems insensitive, but how many times is Raman going to cry about this whole Adi vs Ruhi thing and how much he is hurting Ishita and how much he is lying to her these day?! I know Raman is a sensitive man and he would go to any extent for his kids, but why not try to do something positive about it than hiding papers from your wife or crying? The RKB we knew would be majboor but won't just sit and cry about it all the time..

Ishita talking to a sleeping Adi.. CVs just wanted to justify what they are going to show next in the court, when Ishita chooses to let Ruhi stay with Shagun.. Ishita had a special connection with Ruhi since Day 1 but Adi is Raman's son. Now they are trying to say that Ruhi is just Raman's daughter to her. I really want the CVs to then justify why she would runaway with Ruhi just couple of days earlier... Because if Ruhi and Adi are same, she should've been in her sane mind and stayed home, trying to do something about the case..If we had seen Adi and Ishu bond (we had few but not enough to justify this), then this scene would've been fine.

I agree.. I really don't understand.. why does Raman have to hide about everything? Hasn't he realized what that lead to last time? Didn't he admit to it? Then why repeat it again and again. If Raman had explained to Ishita, I am sure she would've understood his situation and helped him find a solution. After 1 year of being together, has he not understood this much about her? 😲 If this was at the beginning period of their marriage, I would've totally understood...but I thought they had moved further in their relationship, trusted each other, knew the other wants the best for the family too..

Letting Ruhi stay with Shagun...(Based on SBB/SBS and OLV)..
Sorry, but nothing can justify this, for me, as a solution to this problem. Yes, Adi needs them but Ruhi needs them too.. Ruhi was not used by Shagun in the past but by letting her stay with Shagun, IshRa will be paving way for that.. Raman feels bad for letting go of Adi in the past, but they are even more wrong at letting go of Ruhi now.. (Ruhi doesn't even like Shagun and Shagun has physically abused her in the past). A girl who was abandoned for 6 years by her biological parents will again be abandoned by her parents...😭

Like you mentioned, IshRa could've talked to Ruhi/Adi for that matter and explained the situation and tell them that they would file for their custody ASAP.. it would save the heartbreak that Ruhi will be facing..

I don't even want to talk about the laws/court/custody.. no logic there at all..

Now, I am rewatching old epis, and when I get my muse back, I am going to go write my FF. That's much more fun than watching YHM at the moment. Think I'll give next week a miss.

Doc gave me some great songs which I'm going to use in the next few updates, but does anyone have a song that would fit this scenario - a woman going along with an arranged marriage scenario but feeling a hopeless love for someone else??? ( Sorry G, using your thread for other purposes)

V- The FF is going to be a real saviour. This song comes to my mind- Even though it's from the male's point of view-

" Chalo ek baar phir se, ajnabee ban jaaye hum dono..."

G you already know my stand, I stopped watching largely because I cannot see kids being mishandled and I feel emotionally drained when I see kids cry.
After watching the movie Udaan I couldn't sleep for 3 days so for my sanity and my professional well being I am not watching till the kids issue is solved.

Having said that I am a little upset because I know someone who is very close to my heart deal with a messy divorce and his parent's inability to put him first is still a source of pain and hurt for him. This track could be beautiful if handled correctly but from the reactions I see here it looks like they are butchering this track so I am better off not watching.

Hope all of you have a great day and an amazing weekend, books beckon my attention so I will take your leave.

That's the thing right? i mean they are taking Adhi to a councilor so obviously ISHRA/CVs are thinking about the psychological aspect... so why can't they think about how it will affect Ru? She is seven years old- and did they forget all the trauma she's been though? What Ishta represents for her? Just because she seems well adjusted they think she can handle this? Didn't Afhi seem well adjusted with his mom when they entered the Bhalla house? And then what did tehy find out?

Did Ishita forget what Ru asked her about Raman leaving them for Shagun? Did she forget that Shagun tried to slap her twice infront of Ishita? Did Raman forget what happened when he went to pick up Adhi's papers yesterday? That Bala's mom was there?

I understand they are in a difficult position... but every step they are taking is just wrong on multiple levels. Where are the sensitive ISHRA who were so concerned about Ru and her well being? Did that all go for a toss? The thing about this show, aside for the romance- it was supposed to be about parenting- good and bad parenting and the affects of such on a child and that parental bond. Where is that parental know how now? And the way that Raman goes about getting those papers? Where is the decency?

And Adhi... I don't even want to talk about the effects of this 'choice' on him.

Gawd, in moments like this I think this show was better when they were just friends... at least they communicated!🤢

PS: Vee, thanks for the heads up., and the spoiler for your FF- I am more excited for that then this show right now, trust.😃

Well said Vi. Some virtual claps to your rant. 👏 👏 That seems to be the real message from CVs. There are no second chances at happiness.
