That's it dis broke his last straw of patience and he pulled her by the shoulders hardly and looked intensely in her eyes. That emotional scene of ishra was seen by aarav and he knew what he had 2 to next. Yes he knew abt his nani , nana ji , dadi, dadu, chitti, periamma, periappa, chahcus, buas and siblings. He had heard abt everyone from his mom and also seen his dad on tv. He knew he resembled his dad in many things though he was not his son biologically. Shruti listened to all and together they hatched a plan and went to Raman.
