May be she does have that kinda understanding with DT but laughing with Krystle about it? You (or me, don't take it as personal, you as in general) hear your friend (or sister) is badly hurt and can't walk without a walker and yet is going to walk a ramp and perform, are you gonna joke about it with another person?
I don't know if you've seen the video but Ankita's expressions were very clear.

Why can't we say what's right and what's wrong acc to our POV

That underline portion was for actors not for u 😆 that was a saying I don't know Y r u taking it all personal
