@Aani its a pleasure to read your writing in the forum. You have such clarity of thought and your content and language are remarkable.

I myself have an ivf baby due to blocked tubes, my success rate was pretty high despite age factors. Ishita according to the story had TB and blocked tubes that doesn't make her infertile! Tests for tubal blocks themselves need not be 100% accurate. Wonder why our TV make a mockery of science and of course law! Even the movie Vicky Donor did the same where the female lead had tubal block and was declared infertile.

As for the legal agreement... Is it even allowed to barter your children? Here the parents are doing so without the child's consent!

I read about blocked fallopian tubes myself honestly because of the show and while TB does cause infertility if it is genital tuberclosis

So technically this issue isnt wrong as we were never specifically shown what kind of TB did Ishita contract nor did we know how long was it before she was detected or anything else.

And so what Raman said on the anniversary date is also an option - the right treatment by the right doctor can help Ishita get pregnant in the future, its another thing that in Ekta' show she would get miracously pregnant if Puttar and she spend a night even once 😳

As for the part about bartering your children, I dont think that even the tribes in Africa who still refuse to embrace technology and modernism do that, but then again this is la-la land 😆
