Keeping the OTT, desitv soap melodrama, I really liked some the interactions between characters today. Even though ishita was speaking for a good amount of the allotted screen space, her mellifluous voice merely acted as a guide to two of her bhai jaise devars, for them to give a chance at happiness (Mihir) and accept their mistakes and share their problem with family (romi) The stars were mihir and romi hands down. Loved raj's portrayal-subtle, with restrained emotions and honest. A lot of seriousness and depth has been added to aly's character and he delivered it naturally (lot of improvement)
Loved the way ishita gave her marriage to Raman as an example to give life and happiness a second chance, a balm to soothe two broken hearts. The way she presented the proposal, it was not forceful or manipulative. One thing she said struck me-Mihir was right in front of their eyes when they were looking for an alliance for rinky. TBH I wanted the original storyline to follow a similar path, e.g. When Raman was bride hunting for Mihir,the bhallas could've suggested rinky and they could've said no initially and then, ishita convincing them like today. That according to me would've been the 11pm, classy yhm.
Loved Mihirs proposal-simple, direct, earnest yet heartfelt. Your life partner should be your best friend first, lover second...Mihir requested for a lifetime of friendship from rinky...beautiful! Quite contrary to the fairy tale, palace wedding that was being planned earlier.
For Mihir ishra relationship is a misaal. A warning:don't follow them to the T, it'll become #satvik for life

Mihir accepting that giving shagun a second chance was a mistake. Yes, everything from sept 2014 starting with shagun jaap by mihika to mihika becoming a lone crusader against her molester taking the most stupid decisions in the process. This can be rectified in future by CVs for another round of their eye popping drama.
Ishita accepting that she was dumb to get bimbo from the dump and giving her an open field to play. Absolutely, this has resulted in significant hair loss in true yhm fans. CVs, is this realization final or ishita will go back to bechari shagun...kisi ke liye bhi?
According to sbb/sbs, toshiji is going to grovel at sarika s feet. She could've accepted it back in oct. Atleast we would've been spared of the interference caused due to the self proclaimed krishna aka mani. Also, the two episodes tht were missed after puttar forces himself on biwi, would've been aired. So the nayi soch here is that a son being "namard" weighs more than poen-ki-beti as bahu in Bhallas' image and reputation in the weekly mayur vihar gossip column. Great soch!
