Raman boss is kind man. He allows Raman family and Iyer family to stay at the office house though he left the job. GOOD

Inspite of knowing the truth his own brother looted the money...

he trusted raman...

so I support malhotra...

he appreciated him during good times...

see now he is going to do cat and dog fight with ashok...

Now raman is put in to the situation like

"something is better than nothing"

I don't get raman..if he wanted to get humilated or compromised with humilation and all well he could have just compromised and worked under Malhodra..he was not bad than Assok...Assok will humilate raman further...

Yes of course Malhotra is good one.If a CEO of the company could not present his presentation and compamy loose contract ,then Boss must be upset .

If truth be told Raman was at fault and his company suffered a loss due to him. His behavior was completely unprofessional. He should never have let Ruhi touch his office laptop n told her strictly it was out of bounds. Instead he keeps it where his 6 yr old child can lay her hands on it, then later blasts her and then takes out his anger on his boss by reminding him what all he has done for the years!
