DOUBT?????

In the precap it was shown that ishita brought dinner for adi. Then does it mean that they didn't go back to their suite after the dinner with family. Any of the family members could have brought dinner for adi and let ishra have some time with each other. Why ishita??? Why??? Poor raman!!!😭😭
