moms leave an imprint in our psyche specially boys... I have seen lot of girls dress up like their mominlaws after a few years... I don't look anything like my mom in law... But slowly I have started to dress up like her... I was very in your face girl u know still am ... But i have really changed have become little simple, subtle, not sweet .. I was kind of like a phataka... Used to get angry at anyone and everyone... But after a few years of marriage I am a changed person...

and i just found out a teaspoon of sugar is 15 cals and i put min 5 of my coffee :-(
this week thanks to the snow i was in myfitnesspal app and i restricted to 1100 cal per day.. which means i know know where the cals come from :-( and sweets are a BANE but in moderation are fine
so i eat one rectangle piece of white chocolate (23cal) after dinner and 1 parle gs is 16 cal so not bad ..i think we are good with Parle G 😃
