Even I was wondering what was that.. Hope its something special for ishitha. After looking at those fb scenes and happiness telling that this would be the best gift for her. I'm waiting excitedly for that to unfold soon..😳

One proper guess tho maine kaliya. this is another one but purely craziest one.

As he said report .

he might want to give ishu a big hint To start their romance. LIke he kept a C****M pack on dressing table.

this paper might be his report. he do not have any STD's 😆 .

it might be that ishita can conceive or it could be adi's custody,, not sure.. most probably its related to her pregnancy because a few days ago she had to suffer a lot because of it !! so most probaby she can conceive... 😊
