My guess is like its some land papers.. He is going to build her own clinic:-) and i also feel that your guesses regarding infertility issues may be true. He got help from a girl which means its deals with her health only.. Since its a girly thing he has used his girl friend. Hope our guesses turns true:-)

something related to Ishita's pregnancy... That is the only thing that can make Ishita happiest... Her own clinic is not a big deal. She could have done that before.

i want ishra to deal with ishita medical issues together later after shagun left their home . it should be a major track on its own.

I would be the happiest person agar it comes out Ke Ishu can get pregnant... It's a wild guess but I hope and pray ke Ishu can get pregnant. Hoping against hope!!!

i also thimk they are something related to her medical issues bcz other than that what make her that much happy and also the way he asked her...are u serious??..but i think they show that they directly shows she can conceive but may be the best doctors appt for a suggestion ...
