This is just imagination.
Appa will suffer from major heart attack making him seriously disabled. The whole family including Bhallas blame Raman. Ishita breaks down in front of Raman. Appa gets paralysed.
Later Raman gets drunk.Shagun takes advantage of the situation & pretends to sleep with him in a hotel.
Shagun shows evidence of them having sex and Ishita doubts Raman.
Raman blames himself but Ishita supports and takes care of Raman & Appa. Ishita goes to hotel by taking mihikas help.
Shagun is exposed by Ishita. Raman files case against shagun and shagun is sent to prison.
While collecting evidence against shagun, Ishita also finds the truth about Ashok & Mihika hotel love scandal. Mihika expose Ashok and Ashok is sent to jail.
Mihikas life is saved and she comes back to iyer house.
After all this Raman apologises to Ishita for Appas situation. Raman takes a stand in his life and he sends Adi to a residential school near by where he will be taught discipline and good principles.
Raman and Ishita tries to make mihir and mihika get back together but it doesn't work.
Finally Rinki mihir marriage happens and mihika is left alone because of her own stupidity. Mihika changes her behaviour she becomes mature and serious.
Ishita convinces Mani to marry Mihika and he agrees.
One day vandu gets labour pain and there will be nobody at home except Raman.
Raman will help vandu reach hospital.
Vandus and newborn baby girls life is saved by Raman.
Raman becomes a hero. Everybody bashes Bala for not being there.
Bala is happy and sad at the same time. Ishita consoles bala. And everybody makes fun of bala.
Raman talks to Ishita and tells her when she become pregnant he will be the no1 husband.
But he realises the truth of ishita and decides to talk about it. He wanted to give her all advanced medical help. He decided to take her abroad for solution.
but ishita tells him that how can she get pregnant when she hasn't slept with anyone. Hehe.
Raman says that he can fix it. Hahaah.
Rest is censored by the bald man.
