The Hollywood thingy is also sort of same.

In that the lady saves the guys life from a train accident.

When she was talking on the phone to her friend about her crush , she says "I'm going to marry him".

The nurse overhears this and misinterprets that she's talking about the guy she saved and informs this to his family members.

As days passes by, the girls falls in love with his brother 😛
