Raman returned home in the evening and he was so shocked to see Adi & Shagun at home. He immediately searched for Ishita, on seeing his roaming eyes Toshiji informed him that Ishita left for Chennai.Shagun taking the chance brought a glass of water and informed him slowly that Ishita came and appolized to her and asked her to come home so now Iam here and it's just like old times you,me,Adi and Ruhi and left from there.

Raman was only half listening to Shagun.His thoughts were on Ishita.She went and apologized to Shagun and he knew she must have done it only for him.He felt a little guilty for shouting at her but his anger did not diminish since she went away from him.How could she leave me alone and go.He kept thinking.His pride didn't make him talk to her when she called home to inform everyone that she reached safely. He slowly dragged himself to his room. Emptiness zoomed around and all his thoughts took him back to his old days , when Shagun left him and all those thoughts disturbed him. Ruhi came to him and asked him that she wants to sleep here, since she is missing Ishima.He was so happy to have Ruhi there and glad that atleast Ruhi is here to take him away from his daunting thoughts.

Next morning he felt something playing at his ear , he immediately shut his ear with his pillow and shouted Ishita,please stop it yaar. Reality cam crashing on him and he opened his eyes to see Shagun standing there with a feather.What are you doing here? He shouted.Since Ishita is not here I came to wakeup Ruhi for school and thought of waking you up too. He searched for Ruhi but didn't find her on the bed. Shagun informed him that Ruhi is already up and is getting ready with Simmi."Then what are you doing here, leave and please don't enter my room ever " He shouted & went and shut himself in the bathroom.

His anger on Ishita came back.How could you leave me with Shagun, Ishita. Don't you know what kind of a woman she is? He felt ashamed of Shagun's shamelessness. When he went down to have breakfast he found Adi cheerfully drinking chocolate milk.He was happy that in all this atleast Adi is happy and he is here with him. Adi what are you eating today you must miss dosa since you got used to eating that daily made by Ishita aunty. Adi immediately spoke up , no i don't like dosa at all, infact I hate southindian food and started eating aloo paratha. Shagun immediately informed him that Adi only like parathas for breakfast just like you Raman.Raman was shocked to hear Adi's words, the instances of Adi praising Ishita's dosas reeled infront of him.Somehow letting it be he went to office.

Many times his hands itched to call Ishita, but he somehow controlled his impulse.He could do nothing in the offfice properly.In chennai Ishita was at her chitti's place. She went to her conference and was checking her phone for every 2 mins for any missed calls.

In the evening when Raman returned home Adi came up to him & asked him to play with him.He was so happy and immediately agreed. After changing clothes he came down and found Ruhi sitting dully on the sofa.So he went and sat next to her and pulled her on to his lap, she hugged him and asked "Papa, are you also missing Ishima." He slowly nodded his head unaware to Ruhi.

Sensing Ruhi's distress he informed Adi that they can play some other time and asked him to go get ready and they would go out to have ice cream. Adi threw tantrum that he only wants to play,and Ruhi always spoils his plans. "Ruhi is so foolish, she is sad for that Ishita aunty when she has her original mother here and when we are all family why bring that wicked lady in between us"Adi shouted and went from there.

Raman was again taken aback by Adi's words . Ruhi slowly informed him that Adi bhayya is very bad. He always says bad things about her Ishima. He also said that Shagun mamma is my real mother and you would choose Shagun mamma and leave Ishima. Hearing all this Raman was shocked and his heart began to break.He made Ruhi eat and sleep and went in search of Adi to have a word with him.

He heard Shagun and Adi talking in Adi's room.Mamma see as promised I made Ishita aunty leave.I know Adi, you are my smart baby and see now were are family and no one can separate us.This house is mine and I got it back.They both were basking in their glory that they didn't notice Raman standing outside the room.With a heavy heart Raman reached his room.He finally understood everything.Adi doesn't love him.He is only acting on his mother's instructions.Accepting that is difficult and is making him so restless.He remembered all the instances that he shouted on Ishita and felt ashamed.

In his foolishness he unknowingly hurt the most important person of his life. Some how all those things he kept ignoring played in his head and made him accept this realty that Adi didn't return to him. Even though his heart is shattered with the conclusion, he knew he can survive because he has Ishita with him now. He decided that he will make up to her for all the hurt he unknowingly caused her and promised himself that he will be extra careful in future.

In Chennai, Ishita returned to her room and was lying on the bed with a paper in her hand. She wrote down the list of accusations that Raman threw down at her and was trying to analyze them. Adi's Ishima, Interfering in other's problems, over sweetness and dumb.She finally put that paper near the side table under the lamp and went to sleep.

Next afternoon when Ishita reached home , she went into her room and found Raman there. For a sec her heart skipped a beat and it began to flutter faster.He was standing with a paper facing the window and in his right hand he has glass rose that usually adorns the side table.When he saw her coming he turned towards her and started to speak. She knew that her list is with Raman and before he could say a word she started speaking. I can't be Adi's Ishima and I don't think even Adi wants that. He felt his heart bleed, but immediately recovered and nodded his head. 'Yes, I was wrong to ask you of that.' "No, you are not wrong but the circumstances are not favorable. Adi has his mother and father, atmost even if he accepts me, I can only be his Ishita aunty but a fav one at that." She informed him.

For the first time in days with a small smile Raman nodded and accepted that. I know you have the tendency to help others going out of your way and Iam sorry to throw that at you.She nodded in return. He slowly started walking towards her from acroos the room. He accepted his mistakes of the past few days that in his obsessiveness he ignored all the things that indicated Adi's dislike towards her,that he is ashamed of all the things he accused of her when he knew how far she goes to help him and the family maintain peace and sanity. "Iam sorry Ishita.I have been so insensitive and foolish, please forgive me" He asked crushing the glass rose in his right hand, the glass broke and blood started oozing from his hand.

The tears she was controlling till that moment began to roll and her legs gave away. She sat on the bed and was silently weeping.He came near her and kneeling before her let go of the glass rose and with his right hand cleaned the tears. She caught his hand with her left hand and placed her lips there trying to kiss of the pain. He brought her closer and hugged her tightly. She returned the hug with equal force and both began to cry with silent tears cleansing all the ugliness of the past few days.

When they are done with tears, She pulled out of the hug."You said Iam over sweet."she accused him. " I didn't say that I don't like it", he winked. Smiling she said " You also said Iam dumb." " You left me with Shagun" he shrieked. Now laughing she said "Ok, we are even" and hugged him again. He returned the hug and said 'I missed you' in her ear. 'I missed you, more' she informed him laying her head on his chest and closing her eyes.

When they came out for lunch after sometime , her chitti asked " How was the surprise waiting for you" signalling Raman with her eyes." "The best" she beamed.
