Ishita is pacing in the room with Raman's words ringing in her ear. Raman came into the room and she cautiously looked at him, and from his posture it is very clear that Adi didn't agree to come home. She went and stood near him.He immediately started shouting at her.What is the need for you to fight with Shagun today.Now Adi is saying he wont come home unless you say sorry to Shagun.When everything was going on so smoothly and Adi slowly accepting you, what was the need for you to argue with Shagun today.When he fully accepted us I planned to talk to him about Shagun's true nature and by then he would have even understood and would have accepted the reality.But why did you ruin everything.What is the need for you to interfere in all these things, can't you keep your over sweetness in check.
Each word of his was piercing right into her heart and making her legs go weak, but she didn't want to show her weakness before this Raman. Because the man who is standing infront of her is not her Raman,not her husband but an obsessive father who is trying hard to hold on to a shattered dream. Her mistake too, she knows the reality that his son hates her and is trying real hard to remove her from the family picture but she didn't tell that to Raman with the fear that it destroys him.Raman was living on borrowed time and she let him.But with today's incident everything came crashing down.
In the morning everyone was gathered around the sofa set and are playing a silly arm wrestling game. Shagun though obvious tried to move close to Raman in the pretext of the game. In normal scenario she would have let that pass but today with all the arguments in between them she couldn't take it anymore.Even though Raman immediately walked out from there, she waited to be alone with Shagun and told her sweetly but firmly that she is a guest here and shouldn't trouble herself with unnecessary drama and should avoid awkward situations all together since it would be uncomfortable to all present there. Leaving a fuming Shagun in the house she went to her clinic.
In the evening when she came back from work,apparently all hell broke loose.Shagun must have instigated Adi and they both left to Mihir's and now Adi wants her to say sorry to Shagun.
She pulled herself up and tried reasoning with Raman because she is supposed to be the patient one, even though her patience is stringing on the last straw.Raman do you want to know what really happened she asked.But Raman was in no position to listen to her.No, I don't want to hear anything.God, Why should this happen.I think my fate is only at fault, may be I will never get what I want.I know Shagun would be at fault and I cant even ask you to say sorry to her , I lost my son again .Why should this happen he kept repeating and walked out of the room.
Ishita sat on the bed and put her head in her hands.So this is how it feels when your heart breaks, every pore of your being is hurt.But surprisingly tears are the farthest thing on her mind right now.She is angry, very angry at Raman and at herself too for letting things drag this long.She knows this time Raman won't force her to say sorry but her path was very clear to her. She knows this keeps repeating until Raman found out the truth.Her mind started questioning her, what if even knowing the truth Raman is not ready to accept the reality and choose adi over you. But she determinedly dismissed those thoughts, she knew her Raman eventhough he is impulsive he will be with her when he knows the whole truth.
The next morning she didn't see him anywhere, he must have left for the office. With clear thoughts she called Raman and informed him that she will be leaving for Chennai for 10 days to attend a dental conference. Raman was stunned to hear this.When everything is falling apart you want to leave to chennai(me - he thought) he shouted.He felt cheated but she calmly informed him that it is important and she will be leaving today and some distance between them is good for all and cut the call.
Next she went to Mihir's and found Shagun alone there. "You know what, I have always been kind to you for the only reason that you are Ruhi''s biological mother even though knowing how cunning you are I gave shelter to u at my home"She informed Shagun. Since the veil is down,Shagun interrupted her "that is my home and Iam planning to take it back". " Shagun, sometimes I really pity you.What do u think its that easy to leave everything for 6 years and claim back in a minute".Ishita finished. "You don't know what trump card I have Ishita, Adi. For Adi the bhallas are fools and I can do anything I wish, so see its really is that simple."
"Iam a fool to even talk to you Shagun.Since you are so open in your game let me help you there. Iam leaving for chennai today for 10 days soIi thought I would inform you of my program since you would want to get back to bhalla house" saying so she she started leaving and after few steps she turned back and said " and yes, you can even use my name that I came by and asked your forgiveness and I wont contradict your claim" and left from there.
Bhallas have no idea about the drama unfolded, they only thought Shagun and Adi went to Mihir's for a day and would return in the evening.Neither Raman nor her informed them about that. She went inside and went directly to Ruhi's room. With lots of effort and promise to call her daily she convinced Ruhi of her trip. Even though Ruhi wanted to come with her she finally agreed to stay here, since she cannot miss school for 10 days and take care of papa. But Ruhi wants an additional promise that Shagun mamma would not take away papa from them in her Ishima's absence.
Hearing Ruhi's insecurities Ishita felt really angry towards Adi , but she also knew that it is not her place to deal with Adi now. So she made that promise that papa is only theirs and no one can take him away from them. With a firm and determined voice she convinced her parents too and even though her mother is not happy she didn't stop her form going. She informed her mummyji that she needs to go for 10 days and that she convinced Ruhi too. Her mother-in-law only asked whether Raman knows and then that's ok and packed food for her and sent her off.
She sat in the flight, though everything is falling apart,she felt calm and composed and she knew this time what she is doing is right.At the same time Raman is in the office playing with paper weight and recalling her words that she is leaving for chennai.He is fuming mad at her.He wants to throttle and shake her, he threw the paper weight and watched breaking it into pieces. He is burning with rage from within.
