and now he will come back only after ishu says sorry to him and gets very angry at ishu

How can you judge it's not real I meam I can't see any difference all I can see is he is sad and angry as Adi left the house with shagun surely ishu hasn't saied anything to Shagun that can hurt her
I think she must have asked about job interview to which shaguniya must have created a scene in front of Adi
