No one can deny the influence that television and the electronic media have had on specially on children..Many researchers argue that in fact television no longer reflects culture, but rather is the central cultural arm of Indian society. So far we are discussing things about Ishita Character, Raman Character , Karan, Divs and other actors related to this serial and we are rising question for their pathetic roles. Then why not ask question to parents of child-actors of YHM as viewer.

1) Adi character : In Yhm Child actor Adi character was put in violent and disturbing situations.ADI character although so called Kid was shown more an less as criminal. Then they are justifying this character because he didn't get love from the family and misguided by shagun, hence ADI becomes like this.

Fact - Adi character role is full of negativity . My Biggest question comes in my mind - Why any parents allow their kid to do such type of role? Being a mother I am not able to understand this logic at all.

Like to share article story- There was serial - forget its name- story was pathetic but read article about that serial. A kid was playing Gunda role and using gunda type language.

Slowly that child actor was so much into the character, difficult to keep balance/difference between real and reel, started the same techinque/language in school. Finally the school authority comes in action told his parents to stop him from doing all these. It was affecting him very badly. Even cv/mgmt/producer chopped that role completely.

Question- How can you allow your child to do this kind of role? It is definitely not a pleasure to see any child doing this on-screen.

2. Ruhanika - Even RUHi character these days are delivery adult dialogue. Specially Ishita reading Raman's Love letter in presence of ruhi. And then ruhi advicing raman how to confess his love and all that. It is bullshit. Absurd. Still it is not bad as adi character.

Very few ppl able to keep a balance b/w real and reel. Fact is Adi character is negative character, infact , more dangerous than Param/Ashok/Suraj character.

I am not against of shagun playing evil games or planning plotting against Ishita character. Easy to accept and doesn't affect me so much. A kid playing so much extreme negative character is painful to watch. Adi character is proof of very bad writing by writer of YHM..

Seriously drama dekho illogical drama dekho-no issue, but spare the kids. How can a writer can write such disgusting thing for a kid? I know you may say such types kids does exists in real life as well. But those kids are subjected to extreme condition.

Example- Watched Dr. Phil serial, where one kid was forcefully doing sex with other kids. When parents came to know about it they were shocked and shattered . Dr.Phil counsellor informed parents that kid itself was abused/raped by his grand-father, that is reason he is doing this thing with other kids now.

Not by simple divorcee of parents , kids becomes pschyo. I know this is ficitional character but people who are watching this is not fictional , they are human with emotions.

P.S. Not against of child actor. Nor I hate this character. I am not happy to see a kid with so much negative thoughts. It is disturbing...

@Kiran- Finally done it as per your request. Please don't debate on Kp and Divs and their role.

History has shown that child actors live in the reel world so much so that when they reach adulthood they crave the publicity and adoration and when they no longer get it they don't know to cope in life...they turn to drugs and a few of them have actually died in their early 20s. Very sad!
Do these children get psychological counseling or do the parents read through the dialogues with the child and get them to understand their roles?

Ishita for a mature professional reading a personal letter from her husband to a child😲 ...did her brain take a vacation🤔? Ruhi is already exposed too much to the adult world in the drama-filled Bhalla house. What happened to the Ishita who advocated for Ruhi to be a child and not exposed to the adult world. They should at least post a warning about the contents of the show being PG-13, so kids don't mimick the stuff they see on shows that go to extremes in depicting children's roles.

Adi needing surgery for overdosing on Toshiji's pills? Really? That sounds like a bunch of quackery.🤪

@ Bold: So true. Very good example recently is - Shweta Basu Prasad, created a controversy on charges of prostitution . Really don't know the facts about this issu. Won't criticise her for whatever she has done, but this happens.
Correct shows need to put warning like PG and so..

P.S Full respect to shweta basu and her fans..

It is after a long time I'm here with two words...
Though I watch this show on and off nowadays as it is not that important...
I'll say a VERY GREAT POST, your every words are genuine maybe you feel it because u r a mom.
The kids parents keep quiet as these kids are paid and money which is counted here, they are not interested what impact it will leave on them, if the child is slowly getting acquainted to these facts which is not good for their age.
My POV which I'm entitled of...

Thank you dear😊

@ Bold: Yes I am mom.😊. If someone told me that your kid will get money, name and fame by doing this role. I will refuse. I will not allow my kids to do this.Never. Never encourage my kids to be part of any negative things even it is fictional.

Personally I don't know actor Gautam ( playing Adi character) , but still it was so disturbing for me. I don't how his parents manage/courage to watch him doing all these thing.😕

Some parents live vicariously through their children. I often wonder how often do parents want their children in the limelight ...in a way it gives them bragging rights and how much of their unfulfilled dreams are they living through their children? Hope parents realize children have dreams too and it's important to allow them to guide them in the appropriate way and help them decide and not let the money be the deciding factor as tempting as it can be.

Hope Adi, the actor's real life parents have conversations with their son often about his role so they address the impact such an extreme negative role can have on their son at this age in real life.🤓

Exactly Zener.. Both of them are doing nonsense stuff (may be am sounding bit harsh) but this is a fact, just because ruhi character is positive , people not able to see how much this kid was exposed to adult stuff . Delivery adult dialogue is definitely not cool.. Adi ke liye words kaam hai..
Only free ka advice to their parents- Your kids are gem,sweet-heart and talented, but ITS TIME TO WAKE UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

P>S.: Am not against anyone just expressing my views on roles/dialogue delivery of kids of yhm as viewer.

@ Bold: SAme here..Even am hoping this..

Like to share something personal:
One of my family frnd son worked in "UDAAN " movie. Am talking about little kid. I know his parents personally specially his father,I don't think they allow their kid to do this role for money, but for fame and name.

Like to confess something- although I am not in favour of kid doing such type of role( positive tha but rest is very negative) still not able to convey my feelings to them thinking they will feel bad if I tell them directly. even now i feel guilty for not telling them my real feelings for this issue😕

Thank u so much for opening an important thread like this for discussion. Its very necessary at this point in time. Things like this are to be debated and discussed by the parents of kids. I dont really understand the parents'motive here.. The show might have offered a different view and now wid time the makers might be taking it on a different tanget. We never know. But dont parents discuss stuff wid the makers? Are they also asked to shut up just like actors? When d kid talks stuff like step mom n all, it invokes so many negative vibes for me personally.. Maybe we r used to preotective environments but still, there is negativity surrounded.
Ruhanika. Yes coming to that kid, there was also a scene where Raman kisses Ishita.. Does that child have to be there in dat scene.. Also the initial hugging scenes n all? DT claims to beprotective around Ruhanika, doesnt she see what the child is offered in her role? Are her parents also doin it for fame? The kid seems to be handling social media sites at sucha young age. Her mum claims she reads tweets. Is twitter allowed for such young kids? I donk know bence d quwstion.
