You know, as much as we make fun of Ishita's character, the situation she is in (and her whole family is in), isn't something that is out of the world.

This happens in separated families. Children do get stressed, emotional, and more importantly confused and conflicted about the relationship between their parents.

It is extremely difficult for a step-mother to win the attention, affection and trust of the step-child. Especially someone like Adi who's old enough to hate, but still young enough to innocently crave love.

The way Ishita (and am also irritated by Raman's mute acceptance of anything she does/says) is tackling this matter is not just stupid, but highly IRRESPONSIBLE. There, I said it. She isn't Mahaan, she isn't selfless, she is plain wrong.

The perverted logic of celebrating a divorced couple's anniversary because without that date, the 2 kids wouldn't have been possible ??? Why are they forcing Ishita's maternal instincts down our throat ?

For the first time since I started watching this show. I felt like Ishita, in the craze for being an ideal step-mother, has stopped being a mother.

Done... it takes me 5-10 mins to post something like this... then I am free of any serious emotions😆
