I don't know what Mihika's trying to achieve here. She can easily divorce Ashok as she now knows the truth.If she explains it to Ishita, Raman or Mihir, they will happily take her back. Yet she chooses to remain as Mrs. Ashok Khanna. Her reaction after Mihir stormed out from the Khanna house was a weird one, she was not sad or repentant; rather she's on a mission to take revenge from Ashok like it's some kind of a game. She's decided to live with Ashok for the rest of her life but she won't let him touch her! If she loathed that man so much then why doesn't she divorce him in the first place? Or she still has the sparks for Shagun to set her way back to Khanna house once again by torturing Khanna brothers repeatedly...?!
