Here is the plan, we will plan an IVF treatment for Ishra so they can have babies. NeNe and I can do the treatment together and then once the babies are born morph ourselves into pediatricians from reproductive endocrinologist.

I am out of my depth commenting on TB and infertility because we don't see such cases in the states, only seen one TB case in 4 years and that was because the dude was immunocompromised due to HIV and ended up getting TB in prison.

Theoretically a CT scan can visualize all the adhesions in the fallopian tube and hence we can comment on probability of conception in such cases. TB isn't the problem, it can be any infection...the problem is the adhesions caused by the infection which can lead to the said infertility.

NeNe correct me if I am wrong here.

Half of the TB related to the reproductive organs when it comes to females is wrongly diagnosed as there is no proper "test or treatment" for damage caused to the fallopian tube by the virus. So basically in India, as the tests are expensive the doctors prescribed the test and mostly misdiagnose the condition to be infertility given that any damage done to fallopian tubes by TB is irreversible.

We can have Ishita go for in-vitro fertilization or we can just say she was misdiagnosed and has blocked fallopian tube and will be fine after a surgery.

You're the doctor. Correct me. Have you written the prequel? Or prologue, what so ever!

I was going to just make her get a surgery for the fallopian tube blockage, which makes IVF more efficient and then for the IVF treatment.
