Ummm what did we say about making each other blush? Can you stop please! 😳 G i just loved loved loved the last scene...my heart was like Donald's fluttering, they way he looked at her! i was like

Instead of the pillows it was real's puttar's arms as I started and blushed uncontrollably at reel puttar 😳

What an example to draw parallels from- LOVE IT!!!! It makes so much sense now! Quite often we see ourselves giving advice to others in need using the phrase " I know how it feels" but in reality we are far from it! We can imagine to be in someone's shoes and lend them empathy but walking in their shoes is different story altogether! Like your post suggests, Ishra can lend that support only because they have experienced similar pain though in different context. Perfect post as usual; not much for me to say as you have done a brilliant job already! Apologies for late replies on your posts, rest assured that I do read them at first given opportunity! I mentally reply though :p!

You're not going to believe this but those 2 scenes you've mentioned are amongst my most favourite scenes of Ishra.

Ishita's vulnerability exposed so rawly to Raman and his great effort to assure her that he does not see it as a blemish but a strength that she can overcome her feelings of inadequateness to ask him to respect the woman who caused her hurt in the first place...

Raman's 1st open and direct communication that he wants to make new and happy memories with Ishita - telling her without a doubt that he wants this marriage, he wants her in his life and he's happy about this marriage and her presence in his life and NOT sirf ruhi ke liye but for Raman Bhalla too!

Thank you for the positivity, definitely keeps my negativity in check, and keeps me hoping for more such Ishra scenes.

Love the quote - it is such an accurate way of discerning a person's true feelings for another. I guess at the end of the day it's not about whether the person you're doing something for appreciates it, coz most of time they didn't ask for that something, it's more about whether you want to do that something for that other person. To me, therein lies the difference between love and obligation.
