6 months are long over.. as per some spoiler.. Ruhi will be scared by Mihir & Raman's fight, she would be crying, which Shagun will witness & bring it to court's notice that its not a good environment where she's living, so probably case will be reviewed now.

If in case Ruhi's custody goes to Shagun & Raman takes the blame of Bala it will be a double blow for Ish, first her fear of losing Ruhi coming true & losing Raman along with Ruhi will be as well. She will assume Raman ditched her because she's no more a mother of Ruhi 😛
