Scene starts with Ishita bringing breakfast to Raman in room and Raman was worried and calling Pathak.

Ishita " Raman utnaa kyaa urgent hain.Aap naastha keejiyen.Bad mey jaa saktey hain."

Raman "Ishita tumhey seedhee boley baath samajh mey nahen aathey hain kyaa."

Ishita "Raman samajh aathey hain.But aapkee gussa sey jyaada mujhey aapka tabhyat ka khyaal rakhnaa hain.Aap chup chap bhaitiyen aur naastha keejiyen."

Raman "Ishita please yaar.Mujhey judge key pass jaana hain.Mujhey pehley hee late patha chala hain.Aur .."

Ishita was worried listening the word court.

Ishita "Raman Kyaa huan?Judge key pass kyon?"

Raman was silent.

Ishita "Raman bathayiyen kyaa huan.Aap mujhey bathasakthey hain.You trust me right."

Ishita "Raman main aapkey saath aaongi.Hum judge ko samjha sakthey hain,koi mistake ho sakthe ehain."

Raman tries to stop Ishita but Ishita is adamant over her decision and wins.

Ishita "Raman main naastha pack kathee hun.Aap gaadi mey khaaejiyen.Main gaadi chalaaongee."

Raman "Theek hain." End of Ishra.Now laughing is strictly not allowed.So be careful.

Raman and Ishita reach court.Adi and Shagun are already waiting for them there.

Raman was serious but he was completely shocked seeing Mani waiting there.

Ishita "Mani tum yahan kyaa kar rahen hon?"

Raman whishpers in Ishita's ears "Help line samjahkey kissey aur ko phone kiyya hoga.Eve teasing ka case."

Ishita "Raman mazaak bandh keejiyen"

Mani "Main court ka registraar ko jaantha hun.Ussney mujhey bathaaya kee Adi key uupar koi case aaya hain tho main help karney aaya."

Raman was serious and Ishita was standing beside Raman .

Shagun was pacifying Adi.

Then after half an hour they were called inside.

Judge "Beta tumhaarey uupar case hain kee.Tumney uss bachey key saath maar peet kiyaa hain aur who bacha abh hospital mey hain.Tumney ussey jaan boochkar maara hain yaa ussney koi ."

Adi was crying loudly and Raman got worried and Shagun confused.

Judge "Tumhye kuch kehnaa hain."

Judge was confused seeing Adi .

Judge "Beta.Tum hass kyon rahen hon.Mainey tumsey sawaal poocha hain.Tumhey kuch kehnaa hain."

All are confused why is Adi laughing.

Shagun "Nahen sir who ro rahan hain.Ussko thoda problem hain."

Shagun "Adi kyaa huan savh bathaon."

Adi "Ussney mujhey bhadkaaya hain."

Court "Kyaa kaha ussney?"

Adi "He teased me saying he will drom me in house?"

Judge is again confused seeing Adi laughing/crying.

Judge "Ussmey utna bade baath kya hain.Who tho bass tumhey lift dey rahan thaa"

Adi "Nahen.Who yeh bolkar mujhye indirectly yeh kehrahan hain kee merey pass gaadi nahen hain."

Judge "Tumhaara papa ka naam Raman Kumar Bhalla hain who tho bahiuth bada buisness man hain."

Adi "Nahne yeh mera dad kabhee nahen ho sakthaa.Issney mera mom ko sirf takleef diyan hain.Yeh mera dad nahen ho saktha."

Judge "Tumm ro rahen ho naa?"

Adi confused and nods his head according to him yes and went no for others.

Shagun "Sir.Adi merey saath rehtha hain.Hum divorceley chukey hain.Abh Adi ka legal custody Ashok Khanna key pass hain."

Adi "Whi bhee mera dad nahen ho sakthaa.Ussney Mom ko dhoka deney key baath kee hain.Merey lieyn koi nahen hain .Mera mom key lieyn sirf main hun aur humey kissey kee jaroori nahen hain."

Judge "Yahan case tum uss ladkey ko maarpeet ke wajajha sey hain.Aur tum accept kar rahen hon."

Raman "Sir maanth hun Adi ney yeh kee hain.But who bachaa hain.I will take care kee yeh dubaara repeat nahen hoga.I will speka to childs fatehr and make ammends."

Mani rises "Han sir main aapkey superior Mr Krishnan ko jaantha hun.I know it is sensible case and Adi ney pehley accident kee hain.But sending a kid to jail will effect his future ."

Mani "Who sirf gyaara saal ka hain.Jail jaaney sey usska carrer.."

Judge "I don't care aap kissey jaanthey hon.But yeh sach hain kyaa Adi ney pehley koi accident ."

Raman looks angrily at Mani and turns to judge.

Raman "Main aapko sabh samjhaonga.Sab details de saktha hun."

Judge "Theek hain Mr Bhalla "

Judge "I will proceed case after break."

Then in break Raman and Ishita speak to judge personally and tell everything about divorce and custody.

Then Judge speaks to Shagun and Adi indipendently.

After break.

Judge "Break mey mainey donon parties kee baath poorey taraha sey sunee hain."

Mani "Sir but bachey ko jail bhejnaa thee nahen hoga.I mean you have to think this in humanitarian grounds."

Judge "I know what I have to do."

Judge "It is clear that .Adi is misguided by his family conditions.I believe he need a proper guidance.Yehn baath Mr Bhalla ney bhee kee hain."

Judge "Legally Adi ka custody Shagun key saath hain.But teen mahiney mey Adi key uupar second case hain.This proves Shagun to be incmpetent mother .So we decided to transfer Adi's custody to his biological father."

Adi "Yeh nahen ho saktha.Yeh mera dad nahen hain.Issney mera mom ko hummesha dukh diyan."

Judge again confusd over Adi lauging/crying.

Judge "But MR Bhalla.I seriously suggest you to that Adi should be taken to asylum for three months .He should be admitted under a trained pscheartris for immediate treatment and reports should be submitted in due."

Court is dispersed.

Raman signs the documents and takes Adi to recquired.
