Will update later tonight.

Edit:
I just watched the episode and I loved it, I don't know if it's the sadist within me but I see in brilliance and endearment with Ishra hurt 😕 and I loved their tiny conversation in their own little cocoon that they have built in their bedroom.

The episode coupled with your beautiful collage reminded me of the following nazam by none other than Gulzar saab.

Mere kapdon main tanga hain tera khushrang livaas

agar rishte hote livaas aur badal lete kamizon ke tarah

-Gulzar saab

I will come back and update with my thoughts about today's brilliant episode, it definitely stuck a chord with me.

Doc you just made it so special with Gulzarjis perfect Nazam ...this lines
"

Zindagi kis kadar aasan hoti

agar rishte hote livaas aur badal lete kamizon ke tarah"

talks so much about relationships...and the different equations of complicated ones we saw today. Can't wait to read more...as I know it will be so much more than what I got out of the episode

Will update your Family post first and then come back to this one

Okay, a big round of applause for you 👏 because your collage today made me like an episode that I didn't really like the first time around when I actually watched it. I seriously don't know what it is with me nowadays, but the IshRa scene just seemed off (maybe it was just cut too short) and watching Param get beat up one more time just didn't give me the same sadistic pleasure that it has before (I mean how many times are they going to just beat him up and let him go???). The only scene from today's episode that I actually liked was the Raman-Mihir scene...it just touched my heart (I am choosing to ignore whatever Raman said about appreciating the Iyer sisters' mahaanta, etc). I'm going to echo the thoughts of everyone else who has said this already, but whatever was missing while I was watching the episode was certainly filled in by your collage Gan...the emotions that you managed to capture are truly breathtaking! I seriously cannot say enough about it! *fangirl alert!* And your poem by Frost is one of my absolute favorites! Great choice! Thank you Gan for sharing your wonderful talent with us and giving us a space to vent our thoughts. 😊🤗

Now one thing that also stuck out to me about the episode was that, like you mentioned, today was all about Raman Kumar Bhalla! We have come such a long way in this journey and I must say that Raman has been a three-dimensional character who has evolved with each and every track. Earlier we had seen hints of how much of a family man Raman is, but today's episode really showcased this side of his personality. I really can't say enough about how much I love Raman (not just KP 😆) but RAMAN...the father, the brother, the son, the husband, the friend. I think in the entirety of YHM, Raman is the one character that is the most true to life; he has his flaws, but he knows his rights from his wrongs...that's how real people are (most of them at least). And now that I have essentially written a paragraph of fangirling about Raman, I will save you from more torture and cut myself short by ending with some lines that were inspired by my favorite part of the episode...the heart-wrenching Raman and Mihir scene.

One.
A drop.
Two.
A trickle.
Three.
A flood.
Wipe away the wetness.
It returns instantaneously.
The knots twist in my chest.
A whimper escapes.
It's not just salt water,
rolling down my cheeks.
They are shards of a broken heart.

Gan, this one is one of the best collages of yours. Pictures that captured the emotions in depth. Wonderful wonderful Gan...
The quote and the post is brilliantly selected and written.

Raman, the strongest brother, father, son, son-in-law,brother-in-law and husband was trying to find out the reason for the problems and in the mean time trying to mend it. A sincere man, sincere about his feelings to his loved ones.

Today, both the husband and wife was blaming themselves for the problem occurred. But, they couldn't take their partner blaming themselves, when Ishita told this has happened because of her, he retorted saying this has happened because of him, which his beloved wife rejected. A deep level of understanding and accepting.

Yesterday, when Toshiji said Ishita, this all happened because of her not paying heed to what Toshi said, Raman could not take it: it was well evident in his eyes and in his face. He who enjoyed his mother scolding her, couldn't take it anymore. He cannot see her eyes filled, he cannot see her worried, he cannot see her sad...

He sat alone...pondering over the incidents...she came to him, began to tear away her shield, she could find the shoulder to rest only in him, only he could console her, only he could understand her problems, worries and fears. He took full of her worries, shared his...he could only share his worries to her, he stepped down to her, sat beside her...her presence gave him warmth...the soul mates...

Gan, once more...Beautiful collage...

Res. I need a moment to stop fangirling and put together some coherent thoughts that express my thoughts on this episode better then..👏 😕

---- EDIT----

Loved the post and collage... ALL of them! and Frost, he is amazing non? One of my favorites by him i must admit. Terrific job by all of you, as always! In the words of Ishita Raman Bhalla 'I am very impressed'.😆

So onto my my thoughts, apologies in advance- my brain seems to be a bit loopy today...

Admittedly, these days I watch the episodes with slight trepidation because I know what's coming and I don't want it. But i can't NOT watch... when I think about my addiction to this show and these characters it overwhelms me. I have no idea why I care so much about fictional characters and to be honest I tried very hard to resist. Definitely the first time I have felt so with an Indian drama. Joining IF was a huge deal for me because that was my first sign that I had completely given in... but this episode was a real reminder to me of why I fell for the show- and not just ISHRA but the entire YHM cast.

The overwhelming theme of this episode for me was family, both immediate and extended, both given and chosen.

First Abhimanyu- Ishu's chosen family. We've all heard a lot of complaining about their friendship- hey I've been one of those that have complained consistently. But this episode was a milestone one for this freindship for sure. We've all been in friendships with the opposite sex, in fact I've often said that sometimes guys make the best friends because they don't judge as much as certain girls. But society judges, and these last two episodes we had Shagun, and Ashok calling out Abhi and Ishu on their friendship. Though he watched while RKB replied to Shagun, Abhi himself responded to Ashok... and I loved it. 👏

Not just the slap itself but the reasoning for it- because of all of Ashok's accusations the one that burned the most was the stain of the friendship and that's what caused the slap. And that's what lead to the threat. When your friend is being accused, when your friendship is being accused- you don't just sit back. So begins the redemption of Abhimanyu Raghav, at least for me... hopefully he doesn't go back to his meddling ways!😉

Next- Simm and her brothers! I've raved about my rediscovered love for Simmi recently I think but that scene where she tells Raman to punish Param and Romi then joins in... all I saw was pure Bhalla sibing's love! I could finally see them as a unit after so long... could see how they must have been like as children. In this scene itself Simmi showed us that she is without a doubt, RKB's sister- and i am so glad to have the girl that we saw in the beginnings of YHM back. I felt like a gleeful spectator and a proud mama at the same time watching that scene! Welcome back Simmi, we have certainly missed you- please don't disappear again!😃

And of course- ISHRA. A very short scene, but oh so poignant. The queit conversation, the laying of the head, the mirroring guilt, the soothing touch... it was all so much in such a small scene. The level of comfort and affection these two have for eachother has come so far from where they were even three months ago. Do you remember after the Param fiasco when Raman went to get her back , how she tugged his sleeve, how they shook hands after she found out she got her job back- compare it to now. The familiarity of the other's touch, the comfort and ease of it... it says so much more then words ever could. Bravo to DIVAN on that!

So we had the guilt trip session and Ishu did her best to make him see reeason but we all know where this is headed, atleast for a while.😕 The most we can hope for is that in the wake of his guilt, his sacrifice, RKB takes a moment to stop listening to others' words about their relationship, stop listening to his own thoughts stained by the betrayals of the past and listens to the words of the only one that matters, the one who his decision affects- Ishu. She knows her man and is trying her best to deflect his guilt... i just hope that when he gives into it she is smart enough to remember how and who he is and strong enough to fight for him. As I said in every other post i made about this issue -if this separation/MU/Shagun/New girl mess is to come, please let it it be a fair fight- we need RKB vs JKR not that brainless flighty female of the Mani track.

I also loved the Mihir-Raman spot and the Bhalla- Iyer family unity but this post is already getting too long and I am sure others can say this much better then me. I already feel like this is a free flow ramble post as it is. So to those relationship developments, to those relationship monumental moments portrayed in this episode i will say 👏👍🏼

... sometimes emoticons say it better anyway.😉

Beautiful collage. I think your collage and words speaks more than the efforts made by writers of this show.
Your words are beautiful potrayal of emotions that comes out in each of your topic.

Very Good collage and post... I keep waiting to read your post... Completely agree BCL is taking the actors for a ride... They look tired, scenes not sinking with eachother... Hope things come back to normal and we get to see more of ishra scenes😊
