exactly. he is guilty for reasons he can't change situations or people around him . the mistakes he could rectify he did all . but now he can't control or dominate his past affecting his armor . that s why he s thinking to abandon his armor.
yes defo he is aware of ruhi ishita bonding but he is counting ruhi too as reason of her pain because to protect ruhi she fought with shagun and that influenced adi. so ruhi too became reason of her pain noh.

no he can't say leave city. but he ll defo keep ruhi with him. he may plan to create circumstances thinking she may leave him.
