I know ... what am trying to say is till now the onus was on confession ... now that finally it will be done .. the need to lure the viewers ... so the next track will start .. which will be custody ...

Okay Adi thing is my speculation here because his custody is up for review too as per the accident track - 6 months time has to end sometime right?

And what are the grounds of the review in both the cases here - the environment the children are being raised in

Now if we see today the judge saw Raman and Mihir be violent and Ruhi crying - she has NO idea what made them do those things all she saw was the child cry and be scared

This was a scary situation but NOT a hostile environment for Ruhi if you look at it

But Adi - his case is the trickier one with the heavier baggage and more shit - his dad was framed as an abusive man by his statement but now that he has been living with his mom - who is herself destitute at the moment without the backing of Ashok, which she had then it would be seen he is in a WORSE situation here

Shagun may think she can ask for child support and raise Adi and all but she has been proven as an incompetent parent not once but twice in his case where matters turned legal - adi framed Ishu and did that accident too...accident was the first crime committed in childishness by him, but conspiracy to frame someone in such serious allegations raises all sorts of red flags IMO
