Scene starts with Ishita sitting in her room waiting for Ruhi.She is looking at her photo along with both of them.She could understand how much happy she was with them in it.

Same tiume Ruhi comes there and knocks the door.

Ishita opens the door and takes her in his arms first time after knowing she is her mother.

Ruhi "Aunty kyaa hogayan aap bahuth khush hon?"

Ishita "Kuch nahen tumhey bahuth miss kiyya thaa .Porey din issliyen."

Ruhi "I missed you too."

Ishita "Abh bathaon kyaa kahogee.Main tumhaarey liyen sandwich banaon."

Ruhi "Nahen pakodey.Sandwitch tho papa rooj banaathey hain.Ussko usskey alaawa kuch nahen aatha."

Ishita "Abh math khaon.Jho bhee chahiyen miljaayega."

Ishita gets busy making pakoda's for Ruhi eve Ruhi felt difference in Ishita's behavior but she was happy with change.

Ishita was looking at Ruhi from kitchen trying catch any sign will be useful for her.

Then Ruhi's eyes falls on envelop fallen on corner she looks at it and same time Ishita comes and takes envelop.

Ruhi "Kisska hai"

Ishita "Patha nahen beta koi Raavan Kumar key liyen hain."

Ruhi is confused and tries to look at it.

Ishita "Tum jaanthe hon ussey."

Ruhi "Who tho papa hee hain.Parr ussko kaun bulaayega uss naam sey ." thinking who else will call him same as no one except Ishita does so.

Ishita "koi transport company sey aaya hain.Usska related hain kya?"

Ruhi "Tho nahen.Papa ka nick name hain.Koi ussey nahen bulaatha uss naam sey."

Ishita understood it means only her.She smiles.Then it was routine and Ishita helped Ruhi in her homework and then dinner and they slept cuddling each other.

This day was completely new one for Ishita as she first time came close to her past and knew about it.She realized how happy she was this one year.Ishita is with Ruhi like her mother.

Then next day started new with Raman's call.

Raman "Mujhey Ruhi sey baath karnee hain?"

Ishita "So rahen hain.Theek hain abh bathaon tumnye kyaa dicide kiyya."

Raman "Kiss baarey mey ?"

Ishita "Uss gifts?"

Raman "Tumhaari problem kyaa hain.Ruhi sirf ek bachee hain ussey khelney do naa.Abh nahen tho kabh khelegee.Tumhaari tarah dentist banana chaahthe hon kyaa Ruhi ko bhee.I swear ussey tumharey tarah dentist banney nahen doonga."

Ishita realized that Raman spoke those words unknowingl in regular manner.

Ishita "Theek hain doongi but restriction sey.Aur aap bhee kuch nahen karengey ."

Raman "Jaisey bol rahen hon pehley kabee mauka diya .As you wish."Then they speak for few time and then Ruhi wakes up and they have papa daughter chat.

Then Ishita dropped Ruhi in school.She could see Shagun also there came to drop Adi and some lady is along with her.

Ishita don't know who she is and she din't knew yet about Adi.

Ishita tried to recogonize her but she failed.But she understood this much it is about her and Ruhi.

Ishita was passing that way and she could hear Shagun saying.

Shagun "Ussey tho yaad bhee nahen hain kee Ruhi usski beti hain.She is ot same woman now.Iss situation mey Raman bhee nahen hain.How can I trust a stranger woman with my girl."

Ishita past them by then and she realized Shagun is trying to separate Ruhi from her and she knew she can't tell Raman about this.As Raman will get tensed as it would be like choose between her and RUhi.

Ishita left her car and followed them in auto without them realizing it.

She waited for Shagun to leave and then went inside office of judge.

Judge was shocked to see Ishita there but she composed herself and asked .

Judge "What do you want?"

Ishita "Madam mainey aapkey aur Shagun key baath sunlee thee.But I want you to listen my part of story too."

Judge "Aapko sabh yaad hain tho ussney jhoot koon bola."

Ishita"Madam who jhoot nahen bol rahen hain.Who sach hai kee main pichley ek saal kee bath bhool chukee hun."

Judge was silent "But Ruhi is always part of my life"

Ishita "Mera pariwaar ney mujhsey yeh baath chupaaya merey health key liyen.But mujhye patha chala.I found it myself."

Ishita "Par I wan't to tell you.Jab mujhey iss sach patha chala.Mujhsey jaada khush koi nahen ho saktha."

Ishita "Ruhi aur mera rishtha shaayad main bhool gaye hon.Par jabh bhee Ruhi merey ssaath hon tho main automatically sabh kuch bhool jaathe hun.I feel I could do anything for that girl.Jabh Raman ney ussey mera pass choda I don't even know her bt mujhey kuch ghanto sey jyaada nahen laga uss bachhee ko janney key liye,I knew her and yeh baath mera dil kabhee nahen bhooli."

Ishita "Shagun kehrahen hain kee Ruhi merey saath sae nahen hain.Who sach hotha tho Raman kabhee Ruhi komera passnahen chodtha .Raman sey jyaada Ruhi ki fikar kissey o nahen ho sakthee."

Judge could see genuine words of Ishita.

Ishita "Main bass yeh kehnaa chahthee hun.Shagun wan't Ruhi but ussey Ruhi ka fikar kahan gayan tha jabh who chey mahiney kee thee."

Ishita "I could understand this much that .Aap hee ney Ruhi ka custody humey diyan hain.Par you would have known us before so Please ell your opinion on that.Not on what I am now.Mera aaj sach nahen hain,Mera atheeth mera sach hain aur wohee mera kal hoga.So don't separate Ruhi from us just basing on my case.Ruhi meri aur Raman ke beti hain.We know how much precious se is for them.

Judge was convinced that Ishita is still same.

Judge "Mrs Bhalla aap fikar math keejiyen Ruhi ko aapsey koi lag nahen kar saktha.Ruhi is I safest hands."

Judge "Waisey bhee Shagun ke baathon ko main serious bhee nahen leney waaley hun."

Judge "Mr Bhalla ney mujhye pehley hee bathaaya thaa iss baarey mey ."

Ishita felt sigh of relief.

Judge "Abh aap ghar jaa saktey hain."

Ishita then slowly asks the Judge.

Ishita "Mam aap bura nahen maanengey tho main aapsey kuuch pooch sakthee hun kyaa?"

Judge "Poochiyen?"

Ishita "Ruhi ka custody case mey kyaa haun thaa.Aur hummarey baarey mey kyaa jaathey hain."

Judge smiles "I know you will ask same."

Judge "Ruhi's case is the best case in my life which I am comnpletely satisfied with my judgement."

Judge "Aap pehley SHgaun ko support kar rahen thee aur Raman key against thee.Uss time mey bhee aap Ruhi key khushi key liyen kuch bhee kar sakthee thee."

Judge "Fir Ruhi aapkey saath rehney key liyen poocha."

Ishita is shocked.Then judge continues telling everything about that case and what else she knew about it and how they ot married and Ishita winning Ruhi's case.Then about enquiry on their relation on Shagun's complaint and may things she heard and read about them.

Judge "I could tell you one thing.Aap bahuth khush thee uss time mey.I don't know the reason whther it is Raman aur Ruhi but usskey baad aap ney kabhee Raman key nam par ek bhee dhaag nahen aaney diya and you always defended him and you were ready to accept you were wrong before."

Judge "Aap donon ek doosrey sey bahuth pyaar karthy they.Issiliyen I never again though about Ruhi's case even though Shagun told me everything."

Ishita leaves from there getting to know how her marriage happened and how it ended to as most beatiful memory.
