They needn't even leave India if they want to show something different. Since, the story is about a Tamilan marrying Punjabi, they can show Raman taking Ishita to Ooty or Kodaikanal, as it will be in her home state, it will be a romantic gesture from Raman as well.

I feel weird at times looking at people craving for international trips for Honeymoon 🤔 Look at Veera, they showed Poland, still I can't understand what was the reason for them to show Poland, similarly Aus in PKDD.. the only show which did good in this videshi trip was EK's very own BALH.. that hppd as there were too much anger against Aussies at the time, regarding racial abuse if u remember it, if i'm not wrong, Aussie High Commissioner personally requested some one from BT camp for this trip to be arranged to show, Aus is a safe haven for everyone including Indians.
