Oh wow. Calm down there buddy.
Ishita' intentions were always clean. Whatever she did, she did for her family - for Raman and Romi.

On the otherhand, the 'janwar' incident refers to only one night in particular where, sorry to say, Raman's behaviour was pretty shitty.

"ussne paraya mard ko haath lagaya"
"voh uske saath itna khil khila kar hass rahi hai"
"voh uske saath chipak rahi hai"

And jawar is only referred to tht night only...she said kal raat ko Jo apne kiya...

I'm sorry but I don't live in India. I live in States. Here in our Indian community has a big fan base of YHM. Most of the females are living here for decades with very high academic and professional backgrounds. If you mean being "MODERN", they are every bit "MODERN" in truest sense. But that doesn't mean to lose decency. What you said in BOLD was right, some native Indians do react like that. But did Ishita do any of them? Heck! No. She wanted to leave her husband and daughter for an outsider. That's a SERIOUS statement. You can tell her in defense that she was in a frolic mood but then it wasn't acceptable at all just like Raman's drunk behavior is not acceptable.

Most of the females here in our Indian community who watch YHM termed her behavior as "SHAMELESS". Even the "goras/whites" we think as epitome of modernity would never utter such words in a jovial mode. There is something in every relationship that you just can't cross.

Hi!

I agree that Ishita's intentions were clean, but she has to realize that it didn't come across that way. Any normal, well-reasoned person could safely assume from her words and actions that she was having an affair with Mani. Clues: hugging him and holding his hand constantly, leaving her house at late hours in the night to meet him. changing his name in her phone, telling him that she loves him and should run away with him.

Any NORMAL person can very easily think that she's having an affair. Nobody is a mind-reader - it's near impossible to know what she's thinking and that her intentions are good.

That being said, I definitely do not condone Raman's behavior at all - he did behave like a Janwar that night. He needs to be accountable for that.

Ishita also needs to take some accountability for her actions.

Woah! how can you name Ishita as Characterless. You have actually used a very strong derogatory word for Ishita - a fictional character. Ishita's intentions were always clean and she never Loved Mani in that way. Still, its sad to see people blaming her for her friendship with him.

Ishita stated Raman as Jaanwar because that night he misbehaved with her and tried to force on her physically in the drunken state, so Jaanwar nahi toh aur kya bolenge aise insaan ko!

Raman has always used so many weird names to state Ishita so why cant she have right to name him on his cheap act?
Have you forgot Raman's dialogues about showing what a Husband can do and the way he was forcing ishita - it was so cheap!

Still, just because Ishita and Mani are best friends and Mani understands Ishita more than Raman - so Raman was jealous and insecure! he was not able to digest the fact Ishita has someone and he doubted on her. Where is the trust gone in all this?

I have already lost respecting Raman because previously he accused Ishita and Raman cannot be forgiven every time he commits a mistake!

Where is the trust I ask! Ishita do not deserve such a treatment and name calling. Ishita did everything for only Raman - so that he can get a good post there.

Raman insulted her in party. What was her fault?
I feel pity for Raman because he actually deserves Shagun as she is the one who can handle man like raman and can show him reality.

AND again, its actually sad to know that in this world still there are so many people with Orthodox thinking who still blames only a Woman for everything without a proof. Women need to get more strong and bold enough to fight all odds and especially remove this thinking from society.

Disappointed to read such replies!

I don't live in India to know what's happening over there. I just want to ask you a simple question. We know Ishita is the female lead so she can not do anything wrong. Keeping this fact aside, if you see any married woman saying those UGLY words (saying ILU while hugging tightly, leaving husband and daughter for him) to an outsider, what do you think of herself?

I'm not questioning the over closeness but the WORDS she uttered along with.
