When Ishita is shown in the hospital her clutch is in her hand, then again Raman came searching for her in the hall the same clutch is lying on the table.

The clutch got unclutched --rather unclutched got clutched. 😆

Perhaps it is a symbolism: When Raman came downstairs in remorse, he was "unclutched" from his anger, and therefore the clutch purse lay there open, spilling out its contetns in front of him. Later, in the precap, confronting Mani and Ishu together, everything in him started to "clutch" into gear again, and therefore the purse was shown in Ishita's hands. Ye CV bhi, kitna kaam karate hain ham se.
