None are at fault, they are fictional characters and they are bound to dance on creatives tunes. But what i don't like is certain characteristics portrayal of leads.I hate how raman resorts to drinking for every problem as solution and i hate ishitas dumbness at times.

It's nice to see that most of you ladies agree with me, Raman's behaviour was unacceptable.
Canadianbeauty I am disappointed with your comment that Raman wouldn't have forced himself on Ishita and that he just wanted a reaction- do you not think it was completely wrong how he grabbed her arm and was shaking her,the way he ignored her when she told him to let go, the way he threw her on the bed? To me, that is just wrong and it isn't made any better because he didn't force her to sleep with him. I would never ever put up with that kind of behaviour and I think the writers are not sending the right message to viewers.

Raman swaggers about like such an alpha male, doesn't he have the balls to ask his wife outright what's going on instead of behaving like an idiot?

Yes, Ishita's character had become quite ridiculous in some ways and I think that also needs to be addressed.

Also, I don't know how many of you have ever dealt with drunk people, I'm punjabi and I certainly have 😆 What you realise is that drunk people can talk rubbish at times and there is no reasoning with someone who's had a few drinks, it's not as if Raman would have listened anyway.

It's such a shame because I really respected the way Raman used to defend women, but because of today's episode I just don't respect the character anymore at all.

this topic abt raman ya if he is forcing his intention was tat it was not appreciated. d show it self is stupid cvs made it by butchering d leads characters. generally shagun changed raman type ppl will easily raise hands on their wives but cvs saved it till now as it is male lead character n cvs just showed jhalak of reality.

Hi Meena,

There's really no reason to be disappointed with me. I don't know if you read my comments entirely - I said I completely agree with your sentiments!

I said that a part of me thinks that Raman would not have forced himself on Ishita - because that is completely against the character that we, the audience, has gotten to know. I am not condoning his actions at all. Can you please pinpoint that part in which I did?

Also, I also think that Raman needs to man up and address the issue, instead of being a big baby about it all. Ishita should also, at this point, realize what the issue is. The creatives need to restore some integrity and intelligence back into their characters.

hey,
I agree with you completely on this part..
you are right there..he needs to man up if he does not want to see mani in ishitha's life... he has to stop drinking and should sketch a strategy...to let ishitha know how he feels...ORELSE i would say he should use all his power to let ishitha feel and know how he felt the last couple of days..even if he feels that ishitha has intentionally snubbed him..
I would say raman stopy crying like a man child and straighten things out..
May be if he gets aperson like sanjana into the picture... ishitha would practically understand..I know she will cry a lot then..But she will know..eventually how sensitive her husband is and things were in between them.. and how she unintentionally hurt him...
Want to write more on other issues of Raman.. but this is not the right time..😳

This is so typical of Balaji CVs. Character butchering at its best.

I am not entirely sure that the CVs have butchered Raman's character now. He has consistently had an anger issue... They have shown him angry about something and yelling at Ruhi. He has done the same with Ishita, I remember the forum erupting because Ishita was upset with him for just a bit and then all was well the next morning..
The extent anger today was new but he has always been emotionally stunted.. He drinks and yells. Inherently he is a caring and considerate man - when things go his way. If he has a setback, he does not know how to deal with things.

However, I do NOT think Raman would've actually done anything - I think he was all talk. You can see that a couple minutes later he fell asleep. Haha. They've shown him to be a caring and sympathetic person who defends women. So, I really don't think that Raman would've forced himself on Ishita. He just wanted a reaction from her.

Then again, if I am wrong, the means that the creatives have butchered Raman's character too (as they butchered Romy's character).

Furthermore, HOW STUPID WAS ISHITA? Did she not understand the stupid things that were coming out of Raman's mouth? Clearly he was talking about her and Mani. How did she not understand that? I don't think they are portraying her as weak and weeping - they are portraying her as foolish and illogical.

i totally go with ur opinion.. Although Raman's behaviour was pathetic, Ishita was stupid to not understand what drunk Raman was saying... the whole precap thing just made me feel pity for Raman and i hope that either Ishita clears the misunderstanding soon or Raman speaks up without being drunk 😕

if something really serious like heart attack should have happend to Raman ,only then who will be responsible, can ishita justify then nd that bloody Asian head position is that much important above her husband

How can anyone justify what raman did as being right. i don't want cvs to forget this happened, only way to redeem Raman a little is if he confronts ishita ,apologies and ask for forgiveness for manhandleing her because he was drunk and upset.

Both are equally to blame for the state their relationship is in,things will only change when they open up to each other .
