Should I have to say how much am waiting for the day when CVs will show Ishita Raman Kumar Bhalla from HIS point of view.

As far HE is concerned TBH I feel everyone deserve their own share of happiness let it be IshRa or Shagun or Subbu for that matter.
So not sure whether I liked divorce of Subbu but I truly loved his realisation of what he had missed and what now Raman has!!!

What made me post this reply is the side of IshRa relation you have explored- Ishita's infertility, her insecurity regarding this matter & Raman's thoughts. I wanted Raman to tell everyone that Ishita's infertility doesn't reduce her maternal instincts or love. I want him to tell what you have written in this two shot. That if Raman & Ishita had been the only persons in each other's lives, they have been in love & happily married, & after that, Ishita's infertility issue had come to light, even then he wouldn't have left her. If Shagun had been unable to conceive, then even then also he wouldn't have left her. When you are truly in love with someone, in my opinion it does not matter though I know by large the society thinks like Subbu's mom only. Medical science has advanced so much-there are so many options-Subbu could have gone for anything but he chose to be coward. Well, I am glad he chose to be a coward, if not then we wouldn't have got our awesome IshRa.

I do believe or at least hope someday this would happen and like you said I am certain had Shagun been infertile like Ishita is shown he would have supported her completely. but as is the sad truth our society is still plagued with the likes of Subbu' mom and while she is at fault his folly lies in not putting up a fight for the girl he loved for so long.

I like Raman's character more than Ishita- he is much more humane, realistic & hence, relatable. I like Ishita also but her mahanta syndrome annoys the hell out of me. I also find it annoying that they never show what Raman & Ishita feel for each other & them exploring their feelings. I am not asking for acceptance & love confessions but they could be a little more aware of their feelings. Yesterday perhaps was the first they showed Ishita's awareness about her new feelings. God nows, by the time Raman expresses his feelings, Ruhi might be old enough to date.

Raman is relatable I give you that but Ishita, she has been shown the way she is for a woman - I urge you read posts by Ruby aka redwine1 on the forum where she has explained beautifully time and again why Ishita does what she does - as a half woman she seeks ways to be there for people cos somehow that aspect of her has made her quite maternal. And now they have started showing their feelings too slow and steady - the pace is fine as per me given these two are having a second chance here after being badly burned once. their journey from indifferent strangers, to enemies to reluctant spouses to parent a child is now slowly delving into making them lovers as they have seen the other person - came to trust and accept them and hence are slowly giving up their defences and their hearts in the process 😳

Ishita had been ridiculed, insulted, degraded & belittled by Subbu- with whom she was in a relationship for 12yrs, Subbu's mom & the society at by large. All these things have made home in her & that's why she feels she is unable to give her beloved husband, Raman a symbol of their love. It is only Raman's love which will heal her wounds- the love which will tell her Raman would love to a baby with her but not by losing her or making her feel incomplete.

Nowadays, so many couples find it difficult to have a baby & most of the times, the reason is stressful & hectic lifestyle. After Subbu had married to the other girl, if he had come to know that he can't become a father, perhaps then he would have realised how Ishita might have felt.

yep this is a very real issue today but sadly male infertility is brushed under the carpet by families fearing ridicule and shame while a woman is made to face it day in and day out, they sadly didnt show Subu as infertile

Wonder what society says to men who are impotent or can't become a father.

it treats them just as callously only thing is it should be known which it isnt as easily
