Trust and transparency are taken for a toss, when you expect your partner to trust you and confide in you, you have to do the same. Ishita was having monologue of Raman not trusting her and confiding in her, but that is exactly what she is doing, not trusting or confiding in him, with regards to Sanjan being Raman's past., Sanjana being mihir's sister or Sanjana Parmeet alliance .

In the past too, Raman told her to share anything with him so that he can handle it, during Parmeet track where he was advancing Ishu, and during Romie--Bala fiasco, both times he said that she talk to him whatever it is, it's always better to deal in the early stages rather than wait till things go out of hand and there is always a right place and right time for anything.

Today, the occasion was absolutely NOT the right place/time to call Sanjana, after such a bad past and separation, no two people will exchange pleasantries to be called in for a function or even for a wedding anniversary of Bala-Vandu.

Ishita has seen Parmeet-Sanjana couple of times, not once she thought over the nexus.

Respecting other's space and privacy, Mihir has been very clear about his sister, that he doesn't want to talk about her period. Ishu should have respected his space and privacy. Intrusion into someone's past or private life is not appreciated.

Shagun easily understood Ishu's nature and used it against her !

And you have already mentioned the two imp points of the episode, Raman understanding from a distance what she wanted and the other one is closing of gap by Raman,, while Ishu has been hesitant/apprehensive/thoughtful, which is very symbolic :D :D

loved you post...especially the parts in bold. Yes today also even though Raman and even Mihika appealed to her to listen to what Mihir is saying, she completely overruled them in her zest for making what she thought would be the perfect picture. Yes she has been gullible enough to trust an outsider more than her husband and a loyal and honest person like Mihir. ...and Shagun took full advantage of the situation.

Unbelievable

There was a reason I LOVE the guy, and YOU just showed me why. So true! Outstanding actually! I am not big on conjecture symbolisms and epiphanies. I dont think it even applies to Desi soaps. I mean the CVs probably write the day's screen play on their way to work is my assumption, and I dont think I am even wrong.

But your post and that picture captures the essence of Raman's character brilliantly. Thank you for turning a non believer into a believer. The psycho babble usually is beyond me... most soaps so ridiculously illogical. Take a bow...

😆
@bold.. I'm like that too...but today I loved that little hand gesture by Raman and when I was writing it just came ...whether they meant it or not...even I dont know...but I loved it.

Munni,
I so agree with you. The guy told her a million times to go to him. This means she has NO faith in his abilities to find a resolution. She is high handed and arrogant. She was molested by Param and she kept quiet about it for days. I am sure there was a "divine" reason for it. Being a regular woman, I DONT SEE IT

Thats the biggest malaise with Desi TV leading ladies, they have ZERO judgement, their intellect (which is overarching BEFORE their wedding) vanishes the moment they tie the knot. Somehow as viwers we are saddled with trying to rationalize their every move and spin a celestial tale out of it

What in real world is perceived as sheer stupidity, Desi TV leading ladies practice it daily. The gal Sanjana, looks like she is a decade younger than Mihir. HOW can she be OLDER than Mihir and have shared shoes with him?
I suspect Ishita's degree must be from a Paharganj Dental college

I think she is better off living her life alone at this point
LOVE with Raman is not for her. She is a dispassionate, unemotional, self righteous, cocky woman

While I agree Ishita needs to stop her mahaanta crap but in this case won't blame her alone.
Toshi had seen Shagun's mother thing and even told Raman to let Ishita know everything to avoid any issue but he choose not to tell her !!

In this case both Raman-Ishita have failed. How hard was it to just tell Ishita whole thing 😕

You know what will make me gag now?
When a defense is offered for her that SUBBU'S rejection caused her to behave like this. Insecurities stemming from Subbu rejecting her, or her inability conceive has caused her to drag a random mongrel off the street and plant her as Mihir's sister

Maybe she seriously needs psychological/psychiatric intervention?

Maybe thats where the story is headed?

WANTING TO BE A MOM used to be her obsessive pursuit the first six months. I wonder if she will know WHERE her daughter even is today

Raman has endured more and he seems to have all his marbles in place

Ishita should either be admitted or they should make her choose a life without Raman

Ishita's attempts to earn "Raman's love" is a electric chair for Raman and for me as a viewer

🤣 now you sound like Puttar😆

I agree with what you wrote...self righteousness has a fine line...when one crosses that, they turn arrogant and cocky. But let's hope...Raman baba cures it soon...or maybe keeps her too busy otherwise 😉 to concentrate on finding another bomb to drop on their world

I think Raman was respecting Mihir's wishes. It's Mihir's secret to share...and Mihir was not comfortable to even share with his beloved, Mihika. My take.

BTW
Your observation that, across the hall, he could interpret her sign language accurately, YET she trusts him the LEAST

What a truly sad choice Raman made in agreeing to marry her

He should have sent her a bunch of mahila mukti flags to her clinic and be done with it.

He may not have found someone "noble/pious/angelic and Godly" like Ishita Iyer, but I am sure he could have settled for a regular gal

@Bold- Where the hell did that come from? 🤔
Now I am mad at Ishu too, but the whole make them chose a life without Raman is a bit too much.
Also, Ishu never tried to earn Raman's love , she has more important social service to do😆.
In a seriou note, Ishu does not realise she loves Raman, so her trying to earn Raman's love is out of question.
