DT lacks in this department... maybe she is shy, embarrassed... who knows... have no clue, but mostly she has her eyes shut... through the sequence. In the shower she was looking at him like "Whats wrong with you"

While I would have been happy with a conversation on the bench
I am a sucker for romance... so I lapped it up with joy
I will take a unnecessary rain dance over sooraj poornima or sanjana
The worst cast of any show ive watched

They ignited the screen... and there is no better couple on TV in India Today...

Nisha that is the effect I believe they were going for - he had to show his passion to reaffirm her doubts... to make it be known to her she affects him as a woman, she is someone he desires and finds attractive... the thing is she has been rejected so much before, she has been made fun of by him as well so much she doesn't buy it easily hence during most of the dance she is shown to be trying to run away, leave...his persistence is what finally affects her enough to realize, he isn't lying, faking or pitying her at all.

It isn't a gesture made by compulsion or made forcibly it is something he is doing voluntarily and because he WANTS TO, as he WANTS her.

i saw yesterday dance in context of she had faced rejection and he was uplifting her self confidence.

now my pov :

I agree that she has got rejections and he needs to show passion but he is too rejected . she has never showed to him that she too wants him . she has also pushed him in rain when he told ILU "how dare you touched me" , called chhee , and hurts even feelings of friend claiming that she was not aware? breaking basic Sanctity of marriage ?

she calls chhee, but then mocks husband in front of his ex calling him "unromantic and khadoos" I don't remember ever he has mocked or insulted ishita in front of shagun or even oh he had defended her in front of subu s mom despite he had hated her at that time. what he got in reverse? when subus mom insulted her ever time he or his daughter was present to defend her.

I don't understand why only her rejections are put forward? what about his wounds and his pain, being complete man he was rejected despite full dedication to his relation ship ?

Zene no one is belittling his pain or trauma in fact the show has focused only on it so far in majority what makes the difference here is his rejection had its roots in materialistic gains, something he could and did change. But Ishita' infertility is a constant - nothing can change that.

One woman rejected him but he had numerous falling all over themselves to sleep with him, to marry him once he changed his appearance, had money but no man was even willing to want her as a wife, not even Raman himself, purely because he hated her out of a misborn agenda against women in general.

He has faced one rejection - she has done countless and would have always only because she cannot do a thing about something beyond her control

@ samrudhi.r & Aani :-
i somewhere agree wid both of U's POV ...
like i said in other post me too like morning scene more then the dance..
balm applying and later breakfast scene was more impactful for me.
may be coz more then anything i was looking for a conversation between both.. and here out of nowhere raman called her for rain dance.
intentional or unintentional i don't know but i feel when there is no communication then how u would know each others insecurities.
so just like u me too thought it was more of Raman wanted to give her that KKHH moment. may be it was his way to convey that he too wants it but he needs time.

khair that was my view after watching epi and before reading Aani's reply...
as i always say this girl always make me see other side of the coin. so i can't stop my self to think this way too and she is very much right.
i said i loved the morning scene more and if dance wasn't there first then that morning scene too could have bin any regular IshRa scene. we saw acceptance from both side... where one accepted how she get her first KKHH moment other was immediate to respond its their moment and not to share wid all..it came wid that dance i think. where they took their step to accept each other and still have long way to go.
we have seen balm scene be4 too, but that time this acceptance wasn't there.
so Aani thanks han after reading ur reply , i can say m not that much disappointed but yes i still have this craving where i can see them talking... sharing their pain and insecurities.

and i still think dance could have been more impactful for me if we had IshRa convo be4.

@Meet thanks ... and while I know the convo would have made a difference to this so completely...it would have also made the leap possible which these two do need...but then how would there be drama? more epis 😆 trps baby trps.. if you talk you solve things here they need to stretch em PLUS Raman hasnt yet even admitted to himself he loves her so how can he tell her that?
Waiting for tonight now, wanna see how he is doing in the office cos come home he would step in a battle ground all over again and not even know what happened 😆

the rain sequence was good in itself,it could have been a magical episode.
but the reason why it happened disturbed me.
Why do they always bring the shagun factor into Ishra relationship.
It looked as if Ishita has kept some sort of competition with Raman's Ex wife.

why can't the relation grow on its own.wjthout the "paltan on raman's ex-es"
my point is YHM is not the story of a lovetriangle. Its the love story of Raman & Ishita and Ishita's bonding with Ruhi.

i liked the breakfast scene much more.

trp, how can i forget this 😆😆
u said true...
but i never want them to talk and confess... when they themselves r not sure.
by conversation i simply meant some1 wid whom u speak to where it hurts. umm i dnt know if m able to explain this. but in last night Shagun's chingari was enough and both were hurt.. if i say Ishita was hurt coz she think she will never have such moments wid Raman, Raman was equally hurt.
it kills deep inside when someone remind u the bitter memories ,which were the most sweet at that time...
so rather then jumping on dance, it could have been more beautiful to see them talk.. they sharing how it hurts them . and they r still fighting to get over things.
be4 confessing they can help each other to move on from their past . that's only possible when they know each other's insecurities. ishita thinks raman is not over Shagun yet, which is not true,. and Raman think ishita is sensitive and get hurt easily so he does things to cheer her, that's also not true, her fear of rejection by man is much more deeper then what he see.
i dnt think they ever tried to understand what hurts other person the most and how their pain is so same. that's something i wanna see them talk, an emotional talk .

I totally agree with you. I was not happy either..It felt very weird! The CVs dragged their romance forever...and now everything looks fake and forced.

They better get out of this mess and show some spontaneous romance before viewers lose interest! Ishita deserves better than a mercy show!

Why cant these CVs at least show some good flirting? That would be a good start to reestablish Ishra relationship.

In real life no one takes this long to fall in love ( irrespective of the past) - either you are attracted to someone or you are not! The more I see Karan and Ishita interaction, I feel like they may not be attracted to each other. In the beginning I felt their chemistry and then it started fading away with nothing happening between the two ..not even proper flirting..blah! They care for each other..but are they attracted to each other? Not sure! They did not have to show physical intimacy..but the least CVs can show is attraction!

Yes. Shagun factor ruins everything and turns off viewers big time..yuck! It feels like Karan is never over Shagun. What ever he does is a reaction. It is time they start ignoring Shagun and move on with their lives.

That moment wasn't planned... All that Raman wanted to do was to make Ishita feel better after all that she had to hear. When Shagun's words could make Raman feel embarassed before everyone, then Ishita's feelings doesn't need words... She was clearly hurt...

Raman knew it even without looking at her. All that was planned was a reassurance... This has happened before... During Ritesh's party when Shagun reminded Raman about Adi's stem cell renewal contract to hurt Ishita. At that time, Raman didn't opt for this approach...Yes, it wasn't raining but he didn't want to get physical by any other means. It was just a heart to heart talk... But now, this relationship has taken few baby steps from that party till this party...

Raman is not the same old Raman who doesn't feel attracted to Ishita. Now, he feels attracted and responsible towards Ishita... His desire, his passion...everything saw that opportunity in that lonely night when the clouds were pouring out... So, he opted to do something new... That dance... Where he gave her the assurance that romance didn't exit his life with Shagun if she's thinking so... Infact, it has got a new meaning in the form of Ishita...

He didn't want that to come out in front of others which clearly shows that he respects their relationship... He can be a khadoos before the whole world but not Ishita... Apart from Ishita, nothing else mattered to him...

I loved his self control when he stopped himself from kissing her. Had he done so, this moment would have turned out to be moment of regret for the two of them... Raman took that initiative and Ishita gave in but the reverse must also be tested before taking some drastic steps which makes them go away from each other...
